This is a newly remodeled 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom house in Oakland. This is at front of the two attached units in the same gated lot. Large parking lot at the back.
It is close to Fwy 580/880, 4 mins drive to Oakland Zoo, 6 mins to Coliseum, 10 mins to Oakland airport and 24 mins to Downtown San Francisco. Bus 646 is right outside and takes you to Coliseum BART station.
The space
There are three bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed in there and in suite bathroom with shower. The two guest bedroom each has a queen, sharing the bathroom in the hallway. Full kitchen with an island and a dining room table sit 6 comfortably. Smart TV in the living room with a comfortable L shape sofa. A reading area with a comfortable chair next to the beautiful window. Huge parking lot behind the building can allow you to park up to 3 cars.

Everything inside the rental house was great. Clean big kitchen and big beds and three bedrooms. All good. The area around the house was very noisy, especially on Saturday night when loud parties kept my wife awake till 2AM.
