The beds were comfortable. The rooms appliances were in good working condition. Advertised laundry and truck parking were available. The front desk staff was cordial. The breakfast was an apple and bite sized danish that was available at the front desk. We received no housekeeping services. There was never coffee in the machine in the lobby, so I used hot water to make instant instead. The room key had to be recharged and repeatedly inserted into the slot to open door.
It was like a polished turd. Looks nice one the outside. Decent inside unprofessional night staff. Not worth the price I paid .

The hotel is very convenient is terms of its location to the NYS thruway and other major roadways. While the property’s exterior seems modern, the interior is dated and while rooms are generally clean, the carpets don’t appear to have been shampooed in a while. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

If I’m to be honest, I was in a non smoking section and it recked more of smoke than the designated smoking areas. I had gotten snowed in during my stay and the property’s snow plow blocked my car in, when I asked them to remove the snow they handed me their shovel. I was upset I had to raise my voice and make a scene in order for them to actually help. The hotel wasn’t bad overall otherwise. Housekeeping is nice. Location was convenient and the WiFi is pretty sturdy.
The staff is friendly and polite, and I noticed very attentive. That I don't get anywhere elsewhere. The price. Everything is just right. I feel very comfortable. It's only a few noisy guest here and there, other than that . I am very satisfied. I am still here. I extended my stay.
Right off the highway and it was pleasant to be in.
I was assigned a room at check-in that smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. This was changed to another room that didn’t smell. Morning breakfast was lacking, even by free hotel breakfast standards. Elevator was small and slow. Just park near the end of the hall and use the stairs as it’s quicker. Overall, this is a budget hotel and a budget stay.

Coffee in the lobby is available only during breakfast hours. The door cards do not work when in contact with cell phone or any magnetic device. It is a shortcoming of the Product. However ,It is an inconvenience and we apologize for the same.
