Very beautiful resort, ocean front beach. We loved the daily buffet breakfast, many varieties of ethnic foods! All staff were very nice. We ate at Japanese and Ikar restaurants, both restaurants were great! Decent happy hours with fun drinks !
It was a five star service and experience. Costumer service is over the top. The only complain i have is there mosquitos in the room like quite a bit. Im not sure is it because Bali is a tropical country. I told the staff when checked out. They told me i could hv ask them to send the exterminator. O well will know for next time
The hotel was great. We had the two-bedroom family suite which worked out great for us. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. They took care of all our needs. The resort has three pools as well. The breakfast was incredible with cuisine from all over.

The hotel was not clean, but the staff was very friendly. The restaurants and room service, never got our orders right. The spa was great. One thing they need is an adult only pool, there were kids everywhere.
We had some ac issues in one of our connecting rooms and the drain smelled a bit one day. Our rooms were the older rooms. But the staff was very accommodating and did their best to fix the problems. I would want to try the newly renovated rooms next time. Some parts of the hotel are getting older but all in all the kids still had a great time.
We have experienced our stay at the Westin as one of our most relaxing and pampering holidays ever. The staff is uber-friendly, the location is perfect, the atmosphere is relaxing and chill. The food is great as well! Definetely worth the experience!
