Great trip

Aug 29, 2018

I had to wait over a half hour for a wheel chair after the flight landed in Detroit (from Milwaukee, WI). Several calls were made...no one showed up. Finally someone who was there to escort another handicapped person "ON" to a boarding flight assured me he would come back for me and take me to baggage claim....he did and was extremely courteous and friendly. I should not have to wait for over half hour when wheel chair was indicated when ticket was purchased.
