Staff were very alert! They saw that i had finished the drinking water and replenished the next day, with an extra bottle. Also alert to the fact that coffee in the room had finished, and refilled the next day with extra. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout!

The overall feeling is that there is lack of cleanliness throughout the entire property. Our room 2107, the toilet is positioned tight against the wall so that you had to sit side saddle in order to use it. At check out they tried tocharge us for items we never had, smoothie and coffees we paid cash for. My advice stay elsewhere!

Rooms are large, clean, offering some type of view, ours a garden, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to give you a great stay. The restaurant restaurant provided the most delicious meals, especially breakfast. The pool and gardens were beautiful. There were no shops alongside the hotel, but Bali Collection was walking distance with a free shuttle bus available. Local laundry and convenience stores were just a stroll away.

Nice hotel, really kind staff and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was also very clean, and in good enough condition. No bathrobe in the room though, and the bed was wider than it was longer which meant my feet were hanging off the edge (I'm 6ft 1). Would definitely come back though.

A nice hotel. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The property was nice and well kept although it is showing its age a bit in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and very abundant. Overall a good hotel, walking distance to the beach.
