I spend 4 nights. When I arrived the elevator was out of order and no one fixed it. I had to go up and down the stairs during all my stay. The windows are not sound proof, all the noises coming from the street are clearly audible from the rooms. If you want to take a shower in the evening you won't find hot water.

Try not to stay here.

Check in was painful. Guests smoke right at the front door, spit on the floor, leave trash there and drink at all hours and the staff do nothing about it. Everytime you enter or leave you’re met with a face full of smoke it’s disgusting. It does not make you feel safe to stay here.

As always, A&O hotels are always exceptionally clean and comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful during the check in procedure with options of dining. The hotel is centrally located to public transport, supermarkets and shopping. A&O are an economical choice with reliable standards

Horrible, broken elevator, old and dirty

The hotel room was old, dirty, and uncomfortable. The hotel elevator did not work. This hotel was selected by us because in the description it stated that it had an elevator.

I would make a different choice next time

The room for 6 was MUCH smaller than pictured. The bathroom shower closet and toilet closet were so small it was almost unusable. The outlets on the bunk beds did not work. There was no "table" and only 2 stools.
