Just a 10-minute walk from Novi Vinodolski’s beautiful seafront, this contemporary villa offers the ideal combination of modern comfort with old-world charm. The villa has been designed to ensure that guests can relax and recharge in this lovely seaside town.

Spread over 3 floors, the villa can sleep up to 7 people. It is divided into two separate apartments which allow guests to holiday together but retain some privacy and independence. The décor is sleek and modern, without compromising guests’ comfort.

The ground-floor apartment includes an open living/dining space, furnished with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs. Next to this is the new kitchen which is very well-appointed with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and American-style coffee machine. Glass doors open onto an attractive walled garden where guests will find a BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor meals.

On the first floor, the second open-plan living area has large glass doors which lead out onto a private terrace with a swimming pool - ideal for guests to cool off on a hot day. Inside, the living area has a large, flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The upstairs bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the pool. The ground-floor bedroom has a glass door leading to the garden. The living room has a single sofa.

Bathroom
The four bathrooms are beautifully appointed. One has a full bath with a shower, the other three have showers. Each has a basin and WC.

Location
The villa enjoys a sunny position and lovely views across Novi Vinodolski Old Town to Kvarner Bay. The neighbouring coastline is blessed with several beautiful beaches and clear water.

If you can tear yourself away from the coast there is plenty to see and do in the town itself, including the Medieval Frankopan Castle and several historic churches. There is also a regular farmers’ market in the town where you can find the freshest fruit, vegetables and other produce to cook at home. There is a separate fish market for the best catch of the day.

There are plenty of water sports available on the town’s beaches including water skiing, jet skis, parasailing and pedal boats. Visitors can also hire larger boats to explore the nearby coast and islands.

Rijeka International Airport is just 30 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025
