Karersee: an apartment in the Dolomites

Nestled in the Dolomites in South Tyrol, is 400m (a beautiful walk in the plan) from the ski lifts and Paolina is situated in front of the Latemar forest, from which the access routes to the major tours in 10-minute walk in the woods you can reach the beautiful Lake Carezza.

In winter, the Carezza ski resort is within walking distance, the lift Paolina is a 15 min walk.

The Val di Fassa ski with the Passo San Pellegrino, Lusia and the famous Sella Ronda is 25 minutes away by car. Obereggen to 20 minutes.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room, bathroom and balcony in the sun where you can dine and enjoy the Rosengarten and Latemar.

Included in the cost of the apartment there is one parking space in the garage in the basement of the building. In the building there is also a gym.

In the immediate vicinity - 3 minutes walk - the historic Grand Hotel Carezza has a mini market.

Für den Zustand überteuert

Lage war super, die Wohnung soweit sauber. Die beiden Kommoden für die Kleidung waren zur Hälfte belegt, auch in den Küchenschränken mussten wir erst mal die Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger beiseite räumen. Viele Teller waren angeschlagen, die Polstermöbel fleckig, die Tischplatte abgesplittert. WLAN funktionierte nicht und wurde trotz Information an den Vermieter auch nicht repariert. Entsorgung von Plastik und Papiermüll ging nur zu bestimmten Öffnungszeiten, wir haben ihn am Ende mitgenommen und an einer Raststätte entsorgt. Problem war der Preis für diesen Zustand-Lage und Saison hin oder her, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war miserabel

Appartamento a Carezza

Appartamento ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a contatto con la natura. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4, con i miei figli, che sono comunque due persone adulte. bagno nuovo con doccia fantastica, cucina piccolina ma nuova anche lei.Camera matrimoniale con letto confortevole, per chi ama un materasso rigido, come nel nostro caso.Piccola cameretta con letto a castello, peccato non sia fissato al muro ( si muove molto con il peso di persone adulte). Il posto auto coperto è sicuramente un plus.Ringrazio inoltre il sig. Lorenzo per la cortesia che cia fatto, permettendoci di lasciare l’appartamento nel primo pomeriggio anziché la mattina (non essendo ovviamente già riservato per altri ospiti) e questo ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ ultimo giorno di vacanza.

Capodanno a Carezza

La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, si trova al primo piano in un residence, ha tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Consiglierei un piccolo ammodernamento al bagno per renderlo più agibile (manca il bidet, eliminerei la vasca e farei una doccia). Per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene.
