Las Brisas De Nosara es un complejo único de dos casas en uno de los lotes más grandes en la mejor ubicación absoluta de la playa de Guiones, Nosara. Esta elegante casa de playa de Nosara se encuentra a dos minutos a pie de la entrada de la playa de Guinoes (con una tabla de surf en la mano) y está tan cerca de la playa que puedes escuchar el surf por la noche.

Jardines bien cuidados, una piscina, una ducha al aire libre, terrazas cubiertas al aire libre con hamacas, sillas y cómodos dormitorios para hasta 18 personas hacen de este alquiler de casas en Nosara una de las mejores propiedades en Nosara para una familia grande o un grupo o una pareja que desee privacidad en su propio complejo espacioso.

Ubicada cerca del hotel Harbour Reef (pero más cerca de la playa) y justo al final de Beach Dog Cafe, esta casa es fundamental para todos los restaurantes, tiendas, surf y otras comodidades que Playa Guiones tiene para ofrecer.

La ubicación única del complejo le permite caminar a todas partes (aunque es divertido alquilar un vehículo todo terreno para desplazarse e irse con sus padres), incluidos restaurantes, tiendas de surf, masajes, pilates, yoga y todo lo que Playa Giones tiene para ofrecer. Hay tirolesa en la carretera en Nosara y excursiones de pesca a 10 minutos en Playa Garza.

Entre ambas casas y un rancho al aire libre con techo de paja, este complejo cuenta con 5 habitaciones y dos áreas de descanso adicionales y es espacioso y fluido.

La casa delantera tiene 3 dormitorios y dos baños y tiene capacidad para 6 en dormitorios. Una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10 y amplios asientos en el salón hacen de esta una casa en la que querrás pasar el rato.

La casa de atrás tiene 2 amplios dormitorios, 2 baños y una gran área común con cocina americana. Duerme 2 en el dormitorio principal, 4 en el dormitorio de invitados y 2 en camas de día en la espaciosa sala de estar.

El área de la piscina tiene una ducha y un baño al aire libre y está rodeada de un paisaje exquisito y adyacente a la estructura de rancho al aire libre. El rancho tiene un área de loft en el piso superior con dormitorios para hasta 4 personas.

Ambas casas y el rancho tienen terrazas al aire libre, hamacas y amplios asientos para leer un libro, salir con amigos y familiares o tomar una siesta. El Rancho sirve como 'sala de estar' al aire libre y área de reunión de esta lujosa casa de playa en Nosara.

Tanto la casa principal como la casita están diseñadas para permitir que la brisa de Nosara fluya a través de ellas y sean luminosas, aireadas, espaciosas e impecablemente limpias. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo.

La casa incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, estufa, refrigerador, licuadora (para hacer Margarita's) y todo lo que necesitará para albergar a un grupo grande.

Excellent stay overall. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property was amazing! So beautiful, spacious and full of nature. I loved the gathering space of the outdoor kitchen, the covered sitting area and the gorgeous pool. Housekeeping (Rosie and Anna) were wonderful, as well as the property manager. My only negative was the poor water pressure for the showers in the casita and pool area.

The host was attentive if and when we had a couple of issues. We had to go searching for cutlery and dishes which were all in the poolside kitchen. Would recommend having some in the main kitchen! Stronger rope to hold the swinging chairs is necessary. One broke with someone in it. A happy week there overall!

Excellent Place for Groups

Great sized property well suited for larger groups. The outdoor living with the pool, outdoor kitchen & dining and loft yoga studio were excellent. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space, with good quality AC throughout to escape the heat for a good nights rest.

Wonderful house for a perfect vacation

The house was amazing and in the best location! The Ranchero was a wonderful place to eat and hang out in the evenings. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very helpful in planning various parts of our vacation. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from Playa Guinoes. The houses were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The housekeeping and gardening staff were very friendly.

Perfect compound oasis very close to beach

las Brisas is a fantastic rental in the Nosara/ playa guiones area. We had a group of 8 surfer teens and it was the ideal location for everyone to be able to spread out and come and go to the break and surf shops in n their own time. Highly recommend! Everyone was very friendly! Thank you Eduardo

Wonderful Week in Nosara

Las Brisas exceeded our expectations in every way! We were two families with three children ages 7-12. The layout with two separate living quarters with the combined outdoor living space was more than ideal! The pool was perfect for the kids, and they loved playing chess and ping pong. The location in Playa Guiones is just the right distance to and from the beach and restaurants. Nosara is an amazing area, and staying at Las Brisas will not disappoint! We look forward to visiting again.

Playa Guiones Jewel!

Las Brisas is in a fantastic spot, walkable to surf schools, restaurants and the beach. Our extended family of 9 was super comfortable with the property layout and amenities. The grounds are natural jungle and we saw different animals come through each day, from birds to iguanas and howler monkeys to coatimundis! Our concierge Ed was amazingly accommodating and the services arranged (cleaning, laundry, chef) were delivered by lovely local professionals. We would definitely visit Las Brisas again.

Everything you could possibly wish for and more...

Literally the most perfect house in the most perfect vacation spot imaginable... Heaven on earth! Beautifully decorated and appointed (your biggest decision will be which of the many hammocks to use for your nap). A minute walk from the beach, 30 seconds from the delish Blue Dog Cafe (loads of vegan options), and right next door to wonderful surfing instructors. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Family trip to costa rica

This is a beautiful property and perfect for our family of 11. We had so much fun, saw iguanas, monkeys and pizotes! The rooms and beds were comfortable, AC worked amazingly. Perfect short walk to playa guiones where we surfed twice a day! Only downside is the construction noise going on, lots of building of new homes etc. I’m sure this is good for the economy so we just rolled with it!

Family Wedding

Spacious property in a nice tropical setting. Ample room for our family of 8. Wonderful outdoor space with gorgeous pool and fully stocked kitchen to relax and enjoy family gatherings. Daily groundskeeper Antonio, that maintained the pool and beautiful lush plants all around the property. Rosie, the housekeeper, came three times during our stay to do our laundry and freshen up the living quarters. Karina, the property manager, was wonderful! Always pleasant and quick to respond to all our needs and inquiries. It was our first visit to Costa Rica and we can’t wait to return again! Pura Vida

spacious property

perfect property for multi family/ friend vacation. Plenty of communal space as well as privacy. Property manager did not have the pool floats at the home upon arrival as we had discussed. Also they did not respond to my water request. Finally delivered water on third day after request. Management could and should be better.

Perfect spot in Nosara for a group

The property is fantastic and really well laid out for a big group. Our property manager was very responsive and proactive in everything she did. We booked a private Chef for lunch and one dinner and we booked private yoga at the property for multiple sessions. Everything was fantastic and the property was secluded yet accessible and within walking distance of everything you need and we got grocery delivery from the grocery store and walked to surfing lessons every day. The monkeys are definitely something to adjust to in the mornings but it's all part of the package of staying in the jungle while staying on the beach essentially. We would stay there again with our full family or another group of friends. Highly recommend.

A pretty big disappointment.

The property has potential but sadly doesn't live up to it. When we arrived, we noticed the deck by the pool was very unstable, rotted wood. It can be very dangerous so please be aware if you are planning to bring small children or older adults. We informed the property manager of this and he said they were planning to fix it in the coming years (?) We had a few stubbed toes on our week there. There were many small issues/annoyances, like the outdoor shower was broken (didn't drain), pool lights broken, toilets/plumbing were awful (the property manager will say that is par for the course in Nosara but it is not, we've stayed at many other places there). LOTS of ants, in the showers, bathrooms, all over the deck that we had planned to do yoga on. There were dirty razors and bottle caps left in the shower. On Semana Santa (weeks around Easter) the water ran out every night from around 7pm-10am the next morning. A large disturbance is the construction in the neighborhood that started early and continued for most of the day. If you choose to rent this property I would recommend looking into that before renting. Be sure to update the amt of guests your bringing, as they will have their staff count and report back and charge you. We had a couple last minutes guests and we were charged. Nosara is a great place, but this house and property manager are way below par. You can do better!
