Located in K-Section, just 5 min walk to Playa Guiones Beach, this 4/5 BR home was designed to entertain small groups, featuring many spaces to gather or relax. Loaded with amenities including Infinity pool, hot tub, cold plunge, 2 outdoor showers to name a few. Lots of furniture added since these photos.

Land has over 500 meters of trails on the property and many fruit producing trees including seasonal mangos, bananas, grapefruit and star fruit. Maid service, security and concierge included in price!
