The room was old and the beds were not comfortable. The bed frames were very old and worn. The bathroom tub was leaking and the tub surround was cracked. The only positive is the location. Will not return to this hotel
This is a place to avoid. It’s wedged between highways so it’s noisy. You can’t walk anywhere and there’s no real food options. Our bedroom door (155) was buckled so there was noise coming in all night. We didn’t feel safe. Front desk were not friendly. Condition of the room was poor with wallpaper torn off and everything inside the room was very dated (probably from the 1970’s). To top off this forgett
I’ve stayed here 5-6 times. Rooms are in need of updating, but are always VERY CLEAN. Only real shortcoming- Bkfst is only 7-9 AM and restocking stops at about 8:30ish. Bkfst could be MUCH better.
I’ve stayed here 3-4 times. The rooms are rather run down and in need of reconditioning. That said, they are usually quite clean.
We stayed here a week ago. It is an average property for an average price. What is unacceptable is that we requested a specific room and were told that was OK. I called a day in advance and was told the room was confirmed. When we checked in, our room (1st floor, quiet area) was not available. They said that the person who confirmed was a trainee and made a mistake. That’s BS. Mngmt is incompetent!
We stayed here for one night during our trip to Washington. Just wanted other to be aware this is a motel not a hotel which I was unaware of when booking. It is also VERY old and in need of a major renovation. The staff though was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable though. For one night the age of the facility didn't bother me and the price was good.
The check-in process was ridiculous. We were in the lobby for an HOUR before we received our room key. I had reserved the room two weeks in advance. We’ve stayed here before and it is a nice, reasonably priced hotel, but this check in was inexcusable.

I’ve seen some awful reviews so, let’s be real here.The hotel good for what you pay. It’s a motel6 kind of place. Could the rooms use an update Yes, are the rooms clean and safe Yes. If you want a place to hang out go pay more somewhere else. If your like me and gone all day seeing the sites just wanting a safe clean place to sleep than stay here.
Close to DCA
Great central location to access everything; right off of the highway. Served the purpose for our stay. We travelled to visit the surrounding area of DC- but wanted a convenient way to get around in our vehicle. Parking was free, housekeeping was great.
i liked that it was near a bus stop. the only thing i didn't like was they ran out of breakfast too quickly. it was 7-9 am, if you got there at 8:00 or later they were out of most things. otherwise, it was a good stay.
This property had roaches
This felt like bait and switch. The fact that it was a motel was not mentioned in the listing. Photos on Orbitz app looked clean and updated. Our rooms were not. Old wallpaper, carpet, and shower system. It was fairly clean, and the lobby building was updated with a nice breakfast/dining area.
Night desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Room /bathroom had peeling paint/wallpaper, uncomfortable beds, very slow drain in the bathroom.
