Stayed for 4 nights: room was clean, well stocked, staff have us great information for easiest ways to get around the city.

Bed is very small and break fast they provide is horrible

Only a half-block off I-66 and close to restaurants and services for autos. Nice patio out front but the only caveat is the motel entrance is very steep - not much issue for cars but motorcycles must be aware and in the lowest gear before entry. Location's only a few miles away from DC and the monuments etc.. I think it took me about 10-13 minutes on the bike to get there. I'd stay there again.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. BUT, know what conveniences you cannot live without before booking. Wi-Fi internet was out until the last night at 8pm; with a teenager, this was "huge". Also, not a lot of resturant options within walking distance, mostly take-away...back to hotel. Close to public transportation stops so very easy to get to the Capitol.

Close to transportation that took us to Mall in DC in very short time. Accessible to Reagan airport which was easy to get to and from. It was clean, comfortable and had a friendly, helpful staff. It was no frills and the price was very affordable

It's a nice place. Hotel staffs are good and they help you for everything.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, but dated. Need more outlets for charging electronics. Continental breakfast was a joke.

Stayed in this hotel on a business trip. The environment of the hotel is minimalistic, but friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located, including options to eat or order in. You want to choose this hotel is you plan to send most of the day out exploring and and just come back to in the evening to sleep. Great for a trip on a budget!

Clean, safe and close to downtown, but missing in some facilities like ironing board in my room.

According to receptionist when booked nothing was mentioned about smoke free. The room reaked of smoke and I have never smoked in my 68 years. No non smoking rooms were available but it was late and I was very tired from a miserable flight. I had to take it.

First of all, the welcoming was awful; no elevators and no help to carry baggage; the floor was so dirty and the rooms stinky; the "Continental Breakfast" was so poor/limited in items & space. The good things was that had a nice view; the bed & pillows was very comfortable.

This was a good affordable place to stay for the evening. No issues to report. All was fine.

Location-awesome! 15 minutes from d.c., there is a dunkin donuts, pizza hut, and Chinese within walking distance. There is also a cvs and food store down the road. the room is nice, has a heater/cooler to adjust the temperature. The shower pressure was low and there is no hairdryer. For the price you are paying for the room though is excellent! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fresh bananas and apples, packaged muffins and Danish that aren't the greatest but still will do, apple and orange juice tea and coffee.

It is perfect for a quick business trip. The low rate keeps me away from the airbnbs

hotel is ok,but location is very good, close to every attraction and close to Georgetown

The checkin was fast and efficient. They had my reservation ready. It was clean and quiet. I thought some electrical outlets didn't work, but learned a separate switch near the bathroom needed to be turned on first. Everything worked fine. The hotel is up a steep entrance, so winter time might be difficult after snows or freezing temperatures. It's on Lee Highway which has nearby places to eat. Safe area. Morning drinks and fruit was fine for me, but I know how some people complain about anything.

Very friendly staff. The room was nice. Breakfast was....well, you wished for better if any some days. All in all, I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast pretty disappointing though.

The staff was helpful and the room was very clean. The one downfall of staying here was that there was really nowhere close to go eat without driving. But that is more of a preference than anything.

The hotel is great for its price, but it is not by any means luxurious. The parking is sort of sketchy, but secure.

We .are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are very limited by Arlington County Department of Health as to what we are able to serve for the continental breakfast. I wish we could do more.

Thank you for staying with us. I realize that our breakfast is limited, but that is all the county health department allows us to serve. We have just completed a major update to the building and are now working on replacing the furniture in the rooms. We hope that you come stay with us again and check it out.
