Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. I would stay again for sure.

Very nice hotel. Common areas were cozy on a snowy day. Location is great - a lot of options for food and shopping within walking distance. My only complaint was that our room had one small window at up near the ceiling far above eye level. The photos on the website are very misleading.

I was in town for work and arrived earlier than the official check-in time. The front desk was friendly and efficient—they had a room ready and checked me in with no hassle. Later that night, I needed some documents printed, and the staff took care of it quickly and professionally, even though it was late. The room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. The desk setup was great for getting work done—comfortable and well-lit. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay, and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for business travelers. Bonus points: the nachos from the Mexican restaurant on-site were actually pretty good.
