The pictures of this home do not do it justice. Our family of four spent a wonderful week here, and my only complaint is that our trip was not long enough. The views alone are breathtaking. The pool was great, and just steps away is a private beach. We only saw one other couple once during our weeklong stay! The island has a laidback vibe, and it’s easy to settle in and relax at this beautiful property. The beds are comfy, shower water pressure is great, and the home is appointed with all the amenities that make it feel like yours. We hired a chef for the week (Claudine at Pauline’s Catering - also a 5 star experience!), and she only needed to bring the food as the kitchen was fully equipped with everything she needed. Charles, the property manager, took great care of us and was there within hours if we needed anything. We will definitely make this a yearly trip as we fell in love with the island and this perfect home! Having a pool and private beach at your fingertips is such a treat.

This was a week of complete paradise! The house was beautiful and the views, breathtaking!! We LOVED having access to snorkeling beautiful coral reefs right off the shore by the house. The amenities were all top notch, high quality! They had everything we needed to cook all our meals from the house. The beds were comfortable and very spacious. the host was super responsive if we needed anything. They also gave us great recommendations on rental cars, places to eat and the things to see on the island! We will be back!

Wonderful two-week stay

My family and I had a wonderful two-week stay at this lovely home. The location is absolutely fantastic - just a short walk through the garden to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island which was frequently deserted and had soft sand, turquoise water and hardly any seaweed. Governor’s Harbour is just a few minutes drive away, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy local restaurants.The house came with lots of thoughtful extras like paddleboards, kayaks, backgammon, cards and poker chips, which made for great family fun. WiFi via Starlink worked well throughout our stay. A couple of small points to note: the fourth bedroom is quite compact - better suited to children than adults -and unlike the other rooms, it only had a fan, rather than AC which made it quite warm at night. We also weren’t entirely sure what was expected around cleaning or linen changes during a two-week stay, though Charles was very responsive and quickly arranged towels and pool service when asked.Overall, a great stay in a stunning location - we’d happily return.

Beautiful property in every way!!!

My family stayed June 2025. Cannot recommend this property enough. Beautiful, new modern house with thoughtfully laid out design and features. Well furnished with quality furniture, decorations, big screens and reliable internet. High end appliances including laundry room. Pictures are accurate! Well situated on island Banks Road about 15 min drive to Governor’s Harbor and 30 min drive or less to GHB airport. Kitchen fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, dish and cookware you can imagine. Weber gas grill and charcoal grill outside. House situated above beautiful swimmable beach with coral heads teaming with fish just down a short flight of steps. Most of the time there were few or no other people on beach! Outdoor shower by pool with additional rinse off hoses at pool and beach access. Nice sunning deck between beach and house with umbrellas and loungers. Paddle boards, kayaks, life vests etc available for use on site. Pool with double cabana loungers, umbrellas, numerous tables, couches and adirondacks. Reliable generator automatically worked flawlessly when power went out 2-3x (normal for island). Charles Bowleg the property manager was awesome and super responsive when needed 1) we needed extra outside trash receptacle removal (from previous occupants) and 2) pool clean. He made both happen in under 24 hrs.Matt Simon from Eleuthera Vacation Rentals also awesome, provided tons of island info re: tours, shopping, restaurants, how to info, etc.

Great place with a nice view

The house is great with great view of the ocean. The beach is very isolated and very few people on it. The house itself is very nice, and we had no issues in our weeklong stay. the open kitchen, dining and TV area is great for socializing. 3 main bedrooms are nice size while the 4th is little, smaller but great for a single person. It was easy to find per instructions. I will recommend this place

An Absolutely Amazing Beach Vacation. Totally SeaDuced!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, much in part to working with Pam Fontes at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals as our booking agent. We’ve worked with her several times over the years. She knows our family of 9, what we need and what we like. She found an amazing seaside villa called SeaDuced on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The price was affordable, and the accommodations were stunning. Certainly the best place we’ve ever stayed since our Blue House vacation on the island of Guana Cay. The beach was 3.5 miles of beautiful pink sand. My wife and I like to take beachwalks and hunt for sea glass. We found a spot nearby that produced more sea glass than we could carry...all in a variety of beautiful colors. The home had three large bedrooms and a guest room for our daughters boyfriend. It was fully furnished right down to the last detail. Everything was new and tastefully selected. Also came equipped with kayaks and paddle boards and beach umbrellas which we used daily. House had a beautiful deck and look with comfortable chairs, tables and lounges. Beds were super comfortable, showers were strong and hot. It was everything we’d hoped for. My wife tested positive for COVID on the second last day, so Pam worked with the owners to extend our visit until we could get approved to leave. Can speak more highly of Pam as an agent to find a place in the Bahamas . We will work with her as long as she is in the business. Best place to buy your food is Island Farm on Queens Hwy. It’s fresh and reasonably priced. The local groceries in Palmetto are small, but they carry the basics at reasonable prices as well. I think that the grocery in Governors may have a wider selection but it is cash only and prices can be 2-3x higher. The Bahamas Wellness clinic is nearby if you need medical help or testing. Heaven On Earth!! - Ms Bains & Chef Kaynell are the Bomb Diggety

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for property in the Bahamas, but also wanted a secluded restful vacation. While the trip from Nassau to Eleuthera was a bit stressful, Seaduced certainly lived up to the billing. This certainly felt like a home away from home. I felt the owners meticulously put the property together and everything was designed for comfort. Both the pool and beach were jems. Long walks on the beach in the morning were to die for. We liked the layout so much, it gave us great ideas for our own vacation property.By far the best thing about the exceptional property was the staff. We used Chef Kaynell - we originally planned for just breakfast/lunch and 2 dinners for the week, but ended up including more dinners because Chef Kaynell and her sister Pebbles were so good, the meals so exceptional, we spend most of our commune time at the dinner table. I cannot say enough about the delicious meals, how gracious and engaging they both were. I was serious about putting them in my suitcase and bringing them back to the states with me - no kidding!! Words also cannot express the diamond that comes in the form of Ms Margaret Bain. She was an amazing wealth of information and assistance both before and during our stay. I've had housekeeper most of my adult life, but none come close to how thoroughly Ms. Bain and her assistant cleaned our rooms daily and washed our laundry. It's perfection, I haven't seen in many years. I was planning a birthday surprise for my partner and she suggested a band - I initially thought this was a bit over the top since there were only six of us, but decided to go with it just because. I'm so glad I did - it took the celebration over the top and everyone had an amazing time!! A band on my last night is going to be a signature touch for me - and people call me the hostest with the mostest - I'm turning over my crown to Ms. Bain!! She is an exceptional and the best asset Seaduced has to offer. If I could, she'd also be on the plane retu
