House was clean . Kitchen was equipped . We had enough bathrooms and bedrooms to make the stay comfortableBeach was very accessible Dishwasher was leaking but they fixed it the next day Not so happy things :Hot tub was not hot enough. We couldn’t use it at all and kids were disappointed . It was cold and we couldn’t do much on the beach not use hot tub .they kept telling us that the pool maintenance service is a different company . The maintenance company said that electric heater can only do so much and gas is more effective . They need to switch to gas then - quickly One of the bathrooms had a window with no blinds and had a direct view into it from neighboring apartment complex . This to me is not acceptable

The house was awesome. Stocked very well. Did not have any dish towels in kitchen, ceiling fans dirty, windows were dirty so we cleaned them. Loved the location, plenty of room for family. Furniture could use updating, little worn

Family vacation

House was nice lots of space pool and hot tub very nice. Short walk to beach. Extra refrigerator and ice maker were great. Check in time was listed 3 pm. We were not able to get into property til 530 pm. House was not very clean lots of dust. Lots of light bulbs burnt out. Carpet in bedrooms very dirty and old. The barbecue grills were disgusting looked they hadn't been cleaned in years. All of our cars were broke into so that was a bit scary .

Southern hospitality

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had! What was nice was everyone had their own room with their own bathroom and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to be in there at the same time without being crowded. The location of the property was beautiful! And the views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely going to rent this property again.

Perfect Golf Trip Home

We've been doing golf trips around the world for more than 30 years and this Condo is as nice a place as we've ever been in. Close to restaurants, courses, and entertainment. Couldn't have been better. We will absolutely book again. It exceeded all our expectations.

Awesome for large groups, great location

We’ve stayed at the other location YOLO earlier this year and SoHo is a clone. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen. Lots of space for large groups, pet friendly. Overall we would love to come back here again. The only gripe was that we were looking forward to enjoying the Hot Tub and Pool but there was a problem with heating that the pool company wasn’t able to resolve. Would’ve given 5 stars if the pool and hot tub was working, I understand these things happen and it’s a minor complaint.

Great pet-friendly house & location for a group of friends or family

Our family had an incredible time at this house & on this beach. The views from the house were amazing even if we were just hanging out at the house. The sunrises were spectacular!!! The kitchen is well stocked and easy for a group to work in at the same time. We all appreciated the walk-in pantry. The teens LOVED the game room. The pool and hot tub were always busy as well. FYI, there aren't any beach chairs/umbrellas/beach towels so either bring your own, rent or buy them. There are hairdryers on the walls of each bathroom. The kitchen has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, and there is an additional Keurig up in the game room. There is also a restroom with a hot/cold shower on the outside deck just off the pool & hot tub. The BBQ & exterior are well-maintained and cared for weekly, with the pool/hot tub being cleaned twice a week.
