The house was nice. Some charm of the way beach houses used to be... not too fancy. Everything worked as it should except the grill. all and all, a great place to stay!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the 3 Coconuts and Elliott Realty taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful time and the place was just perfect for our crowd. Kids and adults had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. Want to go back real soon. This is a great place, and hanging out by the pool is just wonderful.

Was great grandma, grandma,mom, sisters, dads Uncles and aunts ,nieces and nephews. Was a great family time. The house was very comfortable. Was stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils ,cups,plates,and silverware. Would recommend Elliott rentals to anymore.

Where do I start. My family and I were there in August, I cannot begin to say how wonderful it was. The view alone from our balcony was just spectacular. So close to the beach, the pier, grocery store, the pool was wonderful. I have never had so much peace there. I would open my window at night and could hear the ocean and it was so wonderful. We are definitely going back next summer. Loved every second there. Cannot wait to go back.

This oceanfront house has a nice layout with 2 of the bedrooms downstairs which worked out well for my older kids. Three large bedrooms on main level. Pool was nice and easy walk to beach over dunes. Seating furniture in den could stand for an update.. Great porch overlooking pool and beach with plenty of rocking chairs. Appliances were in good condition.

So far, this is the best house we've rented in Cherry Grove! The owner has paid attention not just to the big things, but the small things as well. The layout is great! We love the ground level bedrooms & bath. The kitchen is large & nicely equipped. The pool has been the best feature, especially with the kids! The details, though, make this place special. Hooks throughout are great for hanging towels & swimsuits. The finishes are beautiful! Then, of course, there's the location: close to the Cherry Grove Pier & right on the beach. We are already planning for our return to this house next year!
