The apartment is nice and cozy and in a great location. It provided easy access to my destinations and there is a perfect little down home diner nearby (Bellwood Diner). It was perfect for my stay!

The host was very friendly and communicative. The amenities (like towels) were a bit limited. Walls are thin, so easy to hear neighbors. Nice heating. Did have easy access to highways.

Honestly, overall, a great place to stay. I wish I was able to stay for longer, however, my work requires me to travel a lot.I had initially booked this place for two weeks, within three days of staying I discovered I had a work emergency and needed to relocate, the owner was unwilling to give me a refund for the remaining week & a half I wouldn’t be staying. It was a little frustrating paying full price just to only stay a few days but that’s my fault

Cool little apartment in N. Littlerock

Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too.

If you are handicapped in any way this is not for you. Steep incline and stairs. It had been advertised w/spa and there was not. The host said must have been misprint. The beds are on the same of duplex. Luckily I only a single guest there for 2 nights. The WiFi was the Worst. Bring your own towels and bathroom stuff. It is fair, but that is all at best.
