Fridge air conditioning didnt work Asked to be replaced and repaired Only to come back to none of this had been done , also room service never replaced towels never go back there

Rooms had no sound proofing so you could hear your neighbors on each side. Very noisy and hard to impossible to sleep.
The staff was wonderful. Front desk very friendly and personable. Hot coffee in the morning was great! The hotel was nice, but the room Itself was not. Very worn down, wall paper peeling. The bathroom wall paper peeling and was not appealing around the tub. Definitely needs some renovations. The room had dirty things in the corner like someone else’s old key envelope. But, I know staff is short, so that didn’t bother me. But, it definitely needs a revamp! I usually love best westerns, but for the price , the room was not worth how much I paid.
Tv was missing hdmi cable - service came then left never came back; called was lied to and went to front desk and lied to again. Hate that so much.
Rooms are old and carpets are slippery because of age. Showers are dirty and run slow.
Nothing particularly unique but there were very few problems to speak of.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good size room. Breakfast was great.
