Very nice and Clean place The only thing was that at the pool you feel like they stared at you and you feel like you don't have privacy! Other than that I love it and my kids too! I recommend it 100%

Easily accessible hotel, adjacent to all local activities in this beautiful area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and accompanied by an excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend.

went fishing with some friends had a blast we stay at seaport inn every time they treat us well

Clean, well kept room. Hotel is right on the water with very easy access.

Hotel was near the water, and a short drive to the heart of New Bedford. Staff were helpful and rooms were fine. This hotel is recommended for travellers on a budget.

For the price a great hotel. They didn't have 2 rooms overlooking the harbour so they upgraded us so that we did. Staff were helpful. Food at the restaurant was quite good.

Good location for exploring New Bedford or taking the ferry to the Vineyard. Good hotel, nothing fancy. The air-conditioning system is quite loud.

Rooms old and stuffy but passable. Good staff and breakfast.

The hotel was average and perfectly fine for a night's stay. It was clean and relatively comfortable. The problem was that I booked through this website at a rate of $90 per night. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that $90 was the military rate, and it would be $160 per night, even with a AAA discount.

Three of us stayed overnight here while attending the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament in New Bedford in August 2012. Hotel was easy to get to by car, room was exactly as requested in the booking (which doesn't happen at many places), clean and the breakfast is fantastic! We were allowed to check in a bit early also -- staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. They did all this on a weekend that is always a fully booked everywhere-you-go -- which is a real test for staff and hotel.

stayed one night as needed to be near Falmouth. Staff really nice, price good for area, parking easy, right off main highway but on a river..

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. There are many amenities that come with the room such as a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a coffee pot with coffee & filters, sugar, cups, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream. Also, in the room is a nice large flat screen tv, information book with menus of area restaurants, a yellow pages, a pad and pen near the phone. If you forget things such as toothbrush and toothpaste (which I did) or a razor you can get one at the front desk (for free). In the morning there is a free continental breakfast which icludes coffe, eggs, pancakes, juice, cereal, yogurt, etc FOR FREE. Also there is a computer in the loby for guests to use. Excellent Value! Very clean! I highly recommend this hotel! It is also right on the water with a marina for your use.

Nothing fancy, but clean enough and location was great. Great restaurants close by. Good for the dog too!

Entertaining check-in (with desk attendant juggling my check-in with extraordinarily demanding phone reservation) was followed with very nice room for the price. Hotel is on river across from New Bedford, which is a very interesting old whaling town-- see Whaling Museum downtown.

My friend was getting married in New Bedford and the Seaport Inn and Marina was the next closest hotel because the closest was already fully booked. When I had booked our room there were only smoking rooms left but had put in a request for a non-smoking room. When we checked in we had a king non-smoking room waiting for us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they also have a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning which was a pleasant surprise. The room was just like any other hotel room and suited our needs just fine. They are also pet friendly, which is a big plus.

When you book a hotel online for a certain price and opt for a room that has a king bed non smoking, you would probably expect to get such a room. Upon check in i was told there were no more rooms available with a king bed. That shouldnt be my problem, this should be set up ahead of time, since i booked 2 months in advance my room should be what i booked. that left a sour taste with me for my stay, especially when i was offered no upgrade or partial refund. Or maybe im just unreasonable

good hotel for price, location avarage, big rooms, all confort. good for one night stay.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while we visited Newport, all of Cape Cod and Providence. Good central location, near the water with lots of sailboats (great photo-op's), and very reasonable rates. We liked the free breakfast each morning and the free computer access in the dining room. We would come again!

Lobby was okay, but rooms were small and outdated. It is next to a boat dock and not really on the water that is pleasant to look at.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaport Inn and Marina. When we arrived, the front desk personnel were friendly, informative and had our room available immediately. The room was neat and clean and cool (thank God with an outside temp of 108). We stayed for 2 nights and even with a wedding at the hotel on the second night, we were able to sleep. The hot breakfast was good and served in a comfortable room. If we were to visit New Bedford again, we would definitely stay again.
