Excellent Stay, Great Host

We were in town for a wedding. Mostly just in and out to sleep and spend time downtown. The location was great and close by to downtown and the airport. Daniel was responsive and helpful, and our trip was a success. Everything you could ask for

Very Comfortable

The townhome was very cozy and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. North Charleston has many great restaurants and this home was a very easy drive into the historic district of Charleston. Thank you for making our trip relaxing!

TOP NOTCH!

Highly recommend - Location was conveniently located near everything we needed and wanted. The host was available and instantly replied to every question before and during the stay, even my random ones, lol. Daniel was amazing! Townhouse was beautiful and stocked. Can not say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely be back for my next 3 exams.

North Charleston

Property was well maintained and clean. I would recommend having a rental car if you do not have your own. We used lift but it was not as convenient. There is only limited public transportation for travel to downtown Charleston

Nice

The unit is pretty much as described, clean and well setup and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied and beds very comfortable. The back patio needs attention as the furniture is weathered and needs refinished. If the weather is cool, and it was, the lower level stays cool. Expect all the units are same as the furnace is on the second floor is trying to blow warm air down into the probably 10 high ceilinged room. Bring a sweater.We only had one issue and it was not related to the unit and Daniel was very helpful on it. The unit is on the second row of the buildings so not on the lake and can not see the lake from it. Would definitly stay again.

My Stay

The owners of the property had cameras and voice recorders in and outside of the townhouse. The pictures of the property online was not what the property looked like. The property was out dated. We didn’t enjoy our stay because he had cameras and hidden listening devices which we thought was really creepy. We had to load the trash in our vehicle and take to the dump . There was not an outside trash bin at the property. We had to strip the linens and towels before leaving. What’s the purpose of paying the service fee. This property is over priced and it’s only one television in the entire house. The upstairs balcony was moldy old and the wood was rotten very unsafe. The outside of the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival.

Lovely townhouse in a GREAT location

This place is very close to the Tanger Outlet complex and has easy access to the beach. The space itself was impeccably kept and decorated in a minimalist style that was very soothing. The neighborhood was quiet and our stay was amazing.

Wonderful from start to finish. Quick responses from the owner anytime I had a question. Extremely clean property. Well maintained. Even had a welcome card and chocolates.
