Loved, loved this property! Just click reserve-u wont regret. Great location - fun places walking distance and fairly close to anywhere u want to visit! Hosts are very attentive and responsive. I would stay here again!

Property Management company notified us through the app that the property was going to be undergoing a major landscaping "project" and would not be able to be occupied. No phone call, no emails just a message in the app. Did not see it until the night before check in. Then they were slow to respond and offered minimal help. To their credit they did give us a refund but still lost money on the trip insurance that was through a third party and had to find a more expensive place to stay at the last minute. Can't really comment on the actual house because we never got to see it. I usually stay in Charleston at least once a month for work for several days and usually get an VRBO. Flagging this management company to never rent from them.

Love the space

This two bedroom home has a great layout. Although we only had three people staying there, the large common areas and king size beds can accommodate more people the kitchen had of the essentials. The communication was great. The house was clean and spelled fresh although many of the high traffic areas could use a little deep cleaning. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great property.

This property and the Stay Duvet management was great. The house was really nice and just as described/pictured (which the exception of no connectivity of TV in Master bedroom). Good location to get to/from airport, to downtown, etc. I would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and in a good location. It was missing a few details and had a few issues, that I wouldn't expect in this price point. Most importantly, the beds were very hard and not comfortable and the bedrooms were lacking dressers. The powder room had no toilet paper holder or towel bar/hook, so toilet paper was balanced on the windowsill. The remote for the family room was missing, so we couldn't watch the TV and there was a weird bag on the floor holding the electronic components. The towel bar and toilet paper holder in the upstairs hall were broken. House has potential, just needs a bit of tweaking.
