You will love my wonderful clean fresh newly renovated with complete brand new appliances, huge 50" Smart TV, fully loaded kitchen. My place will offer the comfortably just like home and will be great for family with kids, couple, large group and business traveler
Great Location with just mins away from everything:
*5 mins from I26, Restaurants , Starbucks, Shopping Mall, Walmart, Target, Hospital, Water Park, Velocity
*15mins to Airport, Park Circle
*25 mins to Downtown,
*30mins to the beach.

The space is completely private for you. The home is sunny and comfortable with fresh, and clean, all new beddings. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with plenty of towels toiletries, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash so you can pack light when you come.

One huge master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, jacuzzi. The other bedrooms have queen and full beds in them.

50" Smart TV, 40" in Master with many channels & Amazon Prime Subscription. You can also add your online account to watch your favorite shows on the go like Netflix.

Kitchen is equipped with completely brand new stainless steel appliances. Kitchenware, dining wares, juicer, pots, cups etc...we have it all. Snacks, and water are complimentary. Did I forget to tell you that Keurig coffee machine is also ready for you to pop your favorite k cup in?

Washer and dryer are also in the house.

The Garage: There are 1 beach umbrella and 3 chairs, cooler bag, camp tent, beach cart in case you decide to go for a swim.

Being parents of a young child and love to travel, we know exactly what is mean to travel with kids. But we also don't want non-children guests to feel uncomfortable that they are staying in a kid's home. So we have many items for your children stored in the garage: car seat, crib/toddler bed, tricycle, baby watch camera, stuffed animals, and toys. Just put them back before you check out.

North Charleston's busiest shopping central are just 5 mins drive, you can find anything you looking for there. From restaurants, China Buffet, Shopping Mall, Walmart, Target to Lowes, Home Depot etc....
Downtown Summerville and Park Circle (15 mins) offer many great restaurants and hot spots.
Wannamaker County Park (also water park) is just around the corner. Great for party, picnic, and children.
Ladson Flea Market ( Fri, Sat, Sun, 7mins) is a great way to find deals and explore local life! We local go there for weekend exercise, breakfast and fresh fruits.
Tanger Outlet are just 15 mins out.
Uber is also a great way to get around.

The couches are very low to the ground and not comfortable. The house needs a painting and windowsills upon opening are full of moss. No walk in showers. He os a very helpful owner, but really needs to make improvements.

Great Stay!

This was a great home for our stay! Our group was in town for over 2 months for work and it was perfect. The location is great...close to restaurants, groceries, etc. The home itself is well decorated, clean, and had all the comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We were in town for an extended time to work on a project and this was a great home for our group. It is very clean, well maintained, and we felt at home. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive. We loved the location because it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and it was easy to get downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home

We had a very good experience. Had an issue with toilet leaking . Owner sent someone over immediately to repair. Only recommendation is the shower would quickly go hot then cold. Would recommend different handles for better control. I know he stated he would work on showers after we checked out. Definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable. House was nice although not what we expected as far as the area. Situated in a middle-class neighborhood definitely not your normal vacation rental area .have to drive through some less than desirable Areas to get to downtown Charleston

Three women on a long weekend, we had a wonderful trip! The house was a perfect size, beds were comfortable and furnishings were adequate. The only thing missing was the welcome guide/instruction book as to what to do with towels, bedding, etc. when leaving. the shampoo, conditioner, chips, coffee was a WONDERFUL surprise! Would stay there again.

We enjoyed or stay the only issue we had there was no local TV stations. Roku is okay if you have s subscription or someone who love that style of television. I think local TV channels should be added to this rental. overall the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Home very clean and makes you feel at home. I would rent to home again because we enjoyed our stay
