It was a good experience staying there! The rooms are worth the price when booked through Orbitz. Getting a cab does take some time but nevertheless, it is in a quiet part of town - so it is a good place to get away.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We usually reserve two adjoining rooms and then call to confirm that they actually are adjoining. The staff that answers the phones usually makes a note of our last name and makes sure that they have the rooms we need reserved for us. With six kids and two adults, the adjoining rooms are perfect and always very clean. Breakfast was included and is great for the kids. They have hot food (eggs, sausage, etc) as well as dry foods (cereals, bagels, muffins, etc). Staff is always great and the hotel is well kept.

We stay in a double queen room for 1 night, just the time to have a fast tour of Charleston and the Boone Plantation. Early morning we found a spider web on the ceiling over the bed... Anyway, we enjoyed the rich choice at breakfast. I will come again in the future and I reccomend it for the reasonable fee.

Hotel and staff were super awesome. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Nice location...quiet....and lots of everything nearby. It was a pleasure!!!! Great people!!!

My son moved to North Charleston a few years ago. I wanted a hotel close to his house but for a reasonable price. Here, I got both.

Location was great and the rooms accommodated my mother with her handicap. Beds were comfortable and felt secure

Had a wonderful time at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a BIG smile. The staff were wonderful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are clean and large. Heather, at the front desk, was very helpful. When we asked for recommendations to good eats, she suggested more than enough places to dine that were not a tourist trap. She's a true foodie! We will be back in a heart beat. :-)

Love everything about this hotel.clean convenient location near by everything

No complaints. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and location perfectly fit our needs.

I will stay here again. Breakfast was great. Just wish breakfast hours were longer. Hours: 6-9:30 am

Very friendly, helpful staff. Short, easy walk to several restaurants and a large mall. Very large, comfortable room. Easy access from the Interstate and only 15 minutes from charming downtown Charleston. Having only a seasonal pool was a little disappointing, but not a "deal-breaker." We will stay there, again, in the future.

Very clean, staff was very friendly--breakfast was great!

Overall, it was just what I expected with the exception of the room's cleaniness. Very Good

Thought we were booking a nice non-smoking room at the Holiday Inn. Turned out we were stuck in a smoking room which smelled horrible. Asked for another room but were told they had no other rooms for us at that time. We were stuck and with my wife's history of reactions to cigarette smoke it proved to be a horrible one night stay. Would not recommend to anyone! Very disappointed.

The staff was great. I saw security walking the inside & outside og the hotel. Great stay

After doing a LOT of traveling over the holidays, North Charleston was one of our last stops. We only stayed one night here, but it was the best of our trip! The room was very comfortable and spacious- big enough for our 2 pack-n-plays and then some. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant upon arrival, and the breakfast was really good. I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and hot breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was exceptionally. Staff was excellent and hotel was super clean. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. I like that fact when it came to shopping and eating that the places were within walking distance. As far as driving to get to downtown and the beach, it only took 10 minutes to get to downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to to the beach. The fact that we were close to the interstate made a big difference.
