Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is that with breakfast, the bananas they had almost had a gray hue to them kn the skin. As if they were going bad. That's not appealing if you are trying to have customers eat them.

The staff was soooo friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved my 4 nights there. I was in town for a business conference and it was so homey and comfortable to return there after a long day.

The staff was fine. The problem was I didn’t go there. I tried to change my Expedia reservation five minutes after I had mistakenly gotten the wrong dates unfortunately you refused to change it and so did the hotel who said they couldn’t change it through a third-party. They said that Expedia could change it. Expedia didn’t change it. What are the odds that I’m ever going to use Expedia again

I was initially checked in to someone else’s room and then upon rectifying and removing my payment info from that person’s room my two rooms I paid for in full were absolutely disgusting. The couches and beds were soiled and crusted over which means no one has cleaned…the floors were filthy, the bathroom was disgusting. I had to asked for bedding and cleaning supplies. They also don’t change bedding, I had to but refused my refund but made me work as I was staff. I ended up writing an email to the CEO AND Chairman and cc’d the complaint email for Marriott. There is no way this establishment has 8.6 excellent review rating unless they were speaking solely for the staff (front desk and Tyrone). They are the only good they have.

Every thing looked clean but when looking closely there was hair in the shower and the tub was a but slippery like its not scrubbed down also on the sides of the toilet there was drops of urine but my main happiness was there was no mold oder when i stay at hotels I'm so sensitive to mold the color scheme was nice and relaxing/inviting
