So my family and I have been staying at this location for a few years now! I would say that we love the location as it is in close proximity to everything that Charleston offers! There were a few concerns with the hotel being that the indoor pool needs to be cleaned overnight so ready for action during the day especially with children! Also there was a barking dog and roaster that was going on at 6am pretty much every morning during our stay which was a little annoying staying on the first floor! The hotel needs some renovations and updating! Overall the stay was pleasant and probably would give another shot on next visit!

Pros: 1/1-1/4/2026. Last minute booking, room, rate, staff, food, free parking, No pet policy except for service dogs, great! Cons: * Day 2, Early Afternoon- Non service dogs on premises. My son is allergic to pet dander....need I say more. *Day 2, Evening- From approximately 6pm until after 2am, army of 8 year olds next door, partying, with questionable adult supervision. Approx. 10pm physically went to front desk to discuss and could hear the screams, loud banging noises overhead in the lobby. Security was sent to address the issue. The noise continued. Midnight, I opened my door, saw 2 adults leaned up against the wall, not stopping the noise but listening to my conversation in my room. They asked if their kids were too loud. My response, "It's after midnight, YES!" Day 3 AM/PM Barely slept for 2 days. Left the noise at the hotel to return back to it, non stop. Phone didn't work in the room so I had to physically go to the front desk. Front desk called their room, no answer. Security knocked on their door, no answer. Front desk asked if i would be willing to move because the other guests rented 2 rooms. I declined. Front desk w/security knocked on their door, demanding to speak to the Mom/adult supervision, who weren't available. Approx 30 minutes later, peace and quiet.

Therr was a huge roach in the room. Two dogs bark at night so loud that you can not fall asleep. The shower is small and not warm enough. One of the bed is so bad that you feel sore after one night. So bad experience.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast had good options (e.g., eggs, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, coffee, bagels or toast or waffles, etc.,). Only concern is side door didn’t open with card, then didn’t work at all, any one could come in, other than that was great for just spending the night.
