Only as a local layover for a flight. Airport was close by. Pool had to be closed due to horrendous conditions. Breakfast team seemed ill prepared for influx of guests (bus)

I arrived from Chicago after a flight late at night… Check in with painless which was great and then was able to crash and leave early in the morning for meetings in Somerville. I think I was there 8-9 hours… A lot to pay for such a short time, but the room was very nice.

We were at the motel for 6 nights. I left my wedding ring on the tv stand and didn't realize it until were in downtown Charleston. I called the manager on duty and she went straight up to my room and said my rings were right where I had left them and the cleaning people had already been there. I was happy she took the time to go look to assure me they were still right where I had left them.

Highly recommend. The room structure is pretty bizarre--very long and narrow. But overall it was exceptionally clean and I felt very comfortable. Great little kitchenette and the pool was a treat for my kids (we'd been driving for hours). Breakfast was really lovely with a lot of selections and everything was fresh.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. Desk staff was excellent. Room was comfortable.

Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations

I just like it, the rooms are always clean, and the people in breakfast were very nice. And is all.

Convenient location for many restaurants and also easy access to interstate highways. About 20 minutes to Old Charlelston. Good value hotel with nice buffet breakfast.

There was no outdoor pool. The indoor pool was green and tiny-I wouldn't allow my kids to swim in it. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and I had a hair on my bacon! The room itself was decent and comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. It was perfect for my family and our stay. We enjoyed the price, location, and the surrounding area. Not too far from downtown.

The front desk is often unstaffed so if you go there and need anything, you might wait for awhile.

We had just experienced a hotel too close to the two highway intersections and truck noise and this was an oasis from that. The room was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were always courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for us and I would suspect for anyone who would stay there. We had a choice of scrambled egg, sausage and oatmeal for a hot breakfast every morning. There were Belgium waffles weekends and fresh fruit weekdays., walnuts, raisins, dried apricots and brown sugar. everyday. Cold cereal, granola and yogurt was also available. 3 kinds of juice, apple, orange and cranberry. Coffee and tea as well.

I stayed here with a friend for one night, as our base for a quick tour of Charleston. The hotel is new and clean. Check in and out was fast and easy. The room was big enough but the kitchenette is laughably small, though sitting area is of good size. The beds are so-so. Bathroom was clean but don't come with a vent or fan. TV size is good but outdated. Our window view was creepy, with woods and some old, run down house pretty close by. The best feature of this hotel is the awesome breakfast! Real good sausages and eggs, pancakes and lots of fruits and cereals. The attendant in the breakfast area was helpful and polite too. Driving to Charleston is a quick 15 to 20 minutes via an albeit busy expressway. Will definitely consider this hotel again on my next trip to Charleston.

Not far from restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was great and staff was so nice. Rooms were beautiful. We found our new favorite place to stay!

Stayed for Christmas while visiting family. Good facilities and staff, particularly in light of all the families staying there.

Nice hotel, small pool, breakfast option is good,

We booked two rooms and found both rooms to be very clean, comfy, and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Nice room for night before flight out. Clean room and convenient to airport. Shuttle wasn't available for early morning flight.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The suites provide a perfect combination of convenience with regards to space, particularly with kids, and value. Would recommend this particular hotel to anyone who wishes to be close to Charleston without paying disproprotionate prices.

We had stayed there about two years ago. It was comfortable enough but has since been updated. It had new furniture and I believe new mattresses. Very comfortable with a delicious breakfast including fresh fruit and oatmeal, which I like.

I do thank you for bringing the incident to my attention and I want to assure you that we will address your breakfast experience with the appropriate department to ensure that this never happens again. Indeed the pool is small; as the original forecast was that the hotel would attract mostly a corporate clientele. Given the popularity of the hotel with all age groups and types of visitors, does indeed make us regret that we did not install a larger pool. Please accept our sincere apology for the list of service failures you experienced any disappointments you may have experienced at our hotel.
