We found upwards of 5 cockroaches in our room. The kettle would boil but not switch off, the cooktop did not work, there was no plug for the kitchen sink for dishes and we requested a portacot which came with no lining or base so could not be used for our baby.

The room was exactly what we needed! I was travelling with my daughter who has Down Syndrome and can get overwhelmed and anxious when travelling. We had a free late check out which really helped! My daughter loved the “spa” bath in our suite. Being close to the beach was awesome!
