A retreat location, situated in the beautiful South Shores Resort in a gated community at Lady Bay.
This magnificent villa offers it all. Enjoy the modern open living/dining area which is generous in size and has additional breakfast bar facilities. The bi-fold doors from the living area open out on to the barbecue/entertainment area. Relax and take in the stunning ambience overlooking the main communal pool and the lawned/tree lined access way which leads down to the second swimming pool with shade sail. The lower level outdoor deck is an ideal alfresco setting to enjoy your morning and afternoon coffees.
The master bedroom on the upper level has plenty of room and an ensuite providing a bath/spa. The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, with access to a spacious second bathroom. A separate laundry area is well equipped for guest use.

The Fleurieu region in which this villa is located has so much to offer all year round. Attractions include a variety of sporting activities, fine food, great local wineries, arts and crafts and a variety of festival, show and market events. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity.
