There is no kitchen at the hotel and I also spent $22 to do two loads of laundry. The dryers weren't getting hot enough to dry them well. Front desk staff does not stay overnight and they have a telephone number if there is a disturbance to call hotel security. Shady characters hanging out at the hotel and in the stairwells. Very noisy arguing and yelling throughout the night. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and the bed covering looks extremely old like it hadn't been washed in a long long time. Sheets also very scratchy and uncomfortable. Bed was noisy to get on and off of, as springs were broken in the mattress and you could feel them in certain areas of your back when you moved. The room we were in did not have a hair dryer nor an ironing board or iron. You must bring towels downstairs in a laundry basket for a laundry exchange. No maid service during the time we stayed there. Supposed to have been a non-smoking hotel but people were smoking and you could smell it. Even caught hotel security smoking in the hallway and putting his cigarettes out on the floor or down the elevator. No bucket in the room to get ice and no cups. Nowhere to buy or get a snack or a drink in this hotel and no kitchen. Smelt musty and old, reeked of cigarette smoke. Men constantly leaving their rooms and talking on their cell phones in the hallway and stairwell. Suspect some kind of illegal activity going on. Hotel is kind of hidden from the main road and light was out on sign at entrance. Yucky!

Booked a one night stay and will never book again. Now the staff was okay, no problems there. I stayed in room 424 and after about 1 hour I started seeing roaches in the room. The property was notified and gave me no help. I had to go to the store and get Raid. If you NEED to stay here, I get it. But if you can avoid it, don’t book here.

I stayed here for 2 months for work, they never came to clean the room in 2 months. Roaches here and there in the room. People actually live here and always fighting and screaming loud. Staff was great. Always answered any questions. Laundry room was great and convenient with their app, I don’t have to be checking on it. Smelled like marijuana a lot in the hallways. For work is ok.

Although it says extended stay, no amenities in the room. Also had to leave ID at the desk and go look at room before I checked in because of a no refund policy. I’ve never experienced this before. Bare bones rooms, asked for extra pillows and was told they don’t have any.

Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for having such a property in their listing. The property is smelly and dirty. Upon arrival I was asked before checking in to look at the room first and let them know If I want to stay there. I am assuming a lot of people have seen the crappie condition of the hotel and never bothered to stay there and was not able to get their money back. Even though I did not stay their they are refusing to refund my money. This will be reported to BBB and i will be calling the health department to report them.
