The place was horrendous, nasty and unpleasant. The smell of drugs and alcohol was awful. I lft thenplace and got a different hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy

PLEASE READ!! This place is a dump! The listing said “newly renovated”…HA!! Where to begin? The kitchenette light didn’t work, it’s cabinets were totally rusted, the shower curtain was covered in mold, there was unidentified liquid spots on the mirror, a pube AND WATER in the bathtub (I checked in around 11pm-why was it still wet?), it was supposed to be non-smoking, but I guarantee it was smoked in. My hair, clothes, bags, and extra blanket all smelled like smoke when I left! The sink handle fell off when I turned on the water. I had a huge roach! And I’m 99% certain the door wasn’t closed when I unlocked it. (It’s a key, not a card) The bed was barely/sloppily made. I was alone and did not feel safe here. I tried canceling my second night, but the employee said hotels.com would have to refund. So they’re looking into it. Doubtful, though. I still left and didn’t stay the second night! PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!

The staff is very nice and the motel is in a safe location, however, you need to be okay with the lack of room cleanliness. The bed sheets and such were definitely clean, just lack of floor/kitchenette/bathroom were not the best.

For the location it was great. If your looking for luxury, look someplace else. The room was dirty. We had leaking pipes. Tv didnt work. No internet. Locals had ex coming to rooms fighting early in the morning.

Staff acted inconvenienced. Room was not cleaned as the floors in the bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed in who knows how long. Room smelled like smoke. Bedspread and sheets had a cigarette hole in them. Cable TV didn’t work. No drinking cups or glasses. No phone. No coffee maker.

reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and we were checked into a smoking room with two double beds. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. A used condom wrapper was on the floor beside the bed. When I tied to opened the freezer, the microwave fell off of the top of the freezer and I was lucky to catch it. The shower was dirty, the mirror was smeared, the bed sheets looked dirty, and the curtain had a rip in it that people could look through.

I have stayed here plenty of times before. But this time was horrible. There was roaches and spider webs in the rooms. The tv wasnt working and the ac was super low to the point you had to pull pff the mattress on to the floor and sleep.

Convenient location especially for the price. Very nice surrounding neighborhood and easy to walk everywhere. No cleanliness at all...First room i was given the shower continously ran, not dripped but running and there was visable mold on the shower curtian and wall from it. The desk was more.than accommodating in changing rooms however the second room had trash in room cabinets, used shampoo bottle and hair left in shower, pretty sure one of the towels had already been used.

My partner and i stayed here during our trip to virginia beach. I feel like you could find something within this price range that’s better. The hotel definitely was not deep cleaned and there was no housekeeping. Towels were dirty upon arrival, bathroom had mold/sand everywhere, there was sticky dirt on the handles of the dressers, it had a foul smell for it being a non-smoking room and most importantly roaches. The only good thing was the staff because of how respectful and accommodating they are. I just want to be transparent in case anybody was looking to stay here because it’s honestly not the best idea. I unfortunately will not be recommending or staying here again.

Asked for non smoking room. The room smelled really bad of smoke, bathtub was filthy,mold in the bathroom, dirty towels in the room and cigarette burns in the bedding. Refund requested, the room smelled so bad we could not stay!!!! The staff would not issue a refund, Expedia is helping to get one
