We welcome you to relax at our beautifully decorated, cozy 3-bedroom, 1 bath standalone home away from home located in a quiet neighborhood & only 3 minutes from the Norfolk International Airport! We`re only an 11 minute drive to Ocean View Beach & a 12 minute drive to Chic`s Beach. Centrally located to many delicious restaurants & fun attractions. The stunning Norfolk Botanical Garden is a must-see during your stay & only 7 minutes away. We cannot wait to host you at our newly remodeled home!

Upon entry, you`ll find a stylish living room with a cozy couch and two additional chairs for extra seating, as well as a TV with a Roku streaming device for you to enjoy.

This beautiful space offers 3 bedrooms - two rooms containing a queen bed and the third room containing a twin over twin trundle bed. All bedrooms have TV`s with a Roku streaming device. Linens provided.

Our home has one full bathroom containing a sink, toilet and shower with a bathtub. Body/hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Off of the living room is a fully stocked kitchen with a full fridge, coffee maker (coffee provided), stove, microwave, toaster - all essentials for your prepping and cooking needs!

We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Last but not least, the fully fenced in backyard offers outdoor seating and a grill, as well!

Guests have access to the entirety of the space minus an owner`s closet.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Norfolk, VA.

It`s 3 minutes from the Norfolk International Airport, 11 minutes from Ocean View Beach, 12 minutes from Chic`s Beach and 21 minutes from First Landing Beach.

Nearby grocery stores as follows: Food Lion, Lidl, Harris Teeter and Walmart Neighborhood Market.

There`s also ample amounts of restaurants and bars nearby!

There`s parking available in the driveway, as well as street parking for additional vehicles. Uber and Lyft are available here.

Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

DISCOUNTS: Our pricing is haggle-free and always represents the lowest and best price we can offer, including long-term and seasonal rates. Weekly and monthly discounts are shown, if applicable. We are not able to provide additional discounts.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

!****For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property`s exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.****!
HOUSE RULES:
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm & 9am.
-No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking indoors is detected.
-A fee of $100 will be charged to guests if they lock themselves out.
-Pets are allowed (dogs only).
-Please clean up after your dog.
-Please, no pets on furniture or beds. Pick up all droppings from the yard. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for excess pet hair, damage, or droppings in the yard due to pets.
-Please set the air-conditioning to 65 degrees (winter months) & 74 degrees (summer months) on departure.
-Please keep all exterior doors/windows shut when HVAC is running.
-Please dispose of all trash upon departure into exterior trash can(s).
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet, as we are on a septic system.
-Please strip used beds and place ONLY DIRTY towels/linens in the linen hampers on departure.
-Please clean all dirty dishes and cutlery and put back into cabinets and drawers before departing.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition. Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-We do not provide laundry supplies.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
