I love basically everything the view the place the people everything was soo perfect.

Loved the location, no crowds, very relaxing, lovely pools, very nice employees. Would like to have had a small store handy, for drinks, deli, milk. Perhaps a small bar.

Property has an incredible setting. Is very well maintained. Having no restaurant/anyplace to eat is a drawback!

Great swimming pools and hot tubs. No Bar or Restaurant on sight, they said they were under construction, when we arrived. We would not have stayed if we had known. Not informed regarding this when booking. Pent house was very nice.

Love, Love, Love Blue Residence. It is my second time staying at this place and they always wow us, with service, the suits and how quite it is. It is not a Hotel or Resort, its more Aptos. owners rent out. The views are breathtaking . Not housekeeping everyday, with full kitchen with everything you can possible need for meal preparing, good when you trying to save for more activities in the island. ITs your home laterality far from home. Will stay again there , Thank you to Miss Ursula and staff, they really live out to a Happy Island, with warm people .

We had a problem with bugs, ants in the kitchen and living room. You had to keep everything in the refrigerator. The minute you started to prepare a meal there were ants attacking everything. You could not even put a glass of water or cup of coffee on the coffee table or you would have ants all over it. It really made a impact on our vacation and the folder with all the info about the property stated in capital letters - don't try to get any money back because of bugs. So apparently it is always a problem and I know why it was never mentioned.

The room had an absolutely stunning view. Thought the cost of the room was too high only for the view. No room service was not disclosed at booking or at check in. The property is a bit far from all locations so a car is an absolute must. Considering the constraints, the cost was too high. The service desk being shut after 6pm is a big inconvenience and only two people to help with everything were good but not efficient (probably coz they are helping all guests between two of them)

The limited people at the property, was a huge plus. We had the pool to ourselves many days. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Down side beach was used by locals. There was construction on site which a minor distraction. This is a develping property which will be adding onsite amentities. We would go back!

This was the worst suite style property I have ever stayed at. There were several bulb missing from the light fixtures throughout the suite, an old worn out mattress in the master bedroom that rolled you to the edge of the bed, an extremely dirty air conditioning system that made my entire family sneeze, giving eeveryone a soar throat and stuffed nose when turned on, it was that or sweat. The is no lobby, and construction banging starting at 7:30AM every day from the new building they are constructing on their property. This hotel is barely a 3 star property and Orbitz 4.5 star rating is extremely disingenuous. I would never had booked this property if I knew the truth in advance.

There were several missing light bulbs throughout the suite, a horribly worn out mattress in the master bedroom that was sunk in on both sides at least 6 inches below the center of the bed. There is no lobby, the minimarket shut down. There was banging that began 7:30AM every morning from the construction of their new building being constructed on the property. The air conditioning filter and ducts were so dirty that my entire family could not stop sneezing and could not breath threw our noses. It was either that or sweat. The is barely a 3 star property and having Orbitz rate it a 4.5 star is a disingenuous rating. I was and am very dissapointed and would never stay at a place like this if I knew the truth.

I like the location of Blue Residences. I like that it is in a quiet area but it’s still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly. I would choose a condo at Blue Residences over an all inclusive resort every time.
