Nice place, the kids, 3&4 years old really enjoyed playing in the sand out back. Excellent atmosphere, cool fireplace made for a great ambience. Shout out to the Evergreen Café next-door for excellent breakfast unfortunately only on Saturdays.

Great place in a perfect location. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully done. Loved being right on the canal — kayaking from the dock was a highlight. Close to downtown Venice, restaurants, and the beach. The e-bikes were a nice bonus. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and luxury. Every day started on the water — kayaking from the private dock, paddleboarding, or just sitting outside with coffee watching the boats go by. In the afternoons we’d bike into town, play tennis or pickleball nearby, then walk to a tiki bar for dinner and live music.The house itself is beautiful, bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home, but with all the touches of a high-end resort. Our family had such a great time here, and we can’t wait to come back.
