Etat général extérieur et intérieur déplorable!Allure d'une maison abandonnée: Volets très écaillés et tellement en mauvais état que nous n'avons pas osé les ouvrir (chambres)! terrasse et marches sales et enherbées...vélos rouillés et table de ping pong cassée : inutilisables dommage !Intérieur: Odeur persistante de vieux, de renfermé. Agencement très vieillot, sale surtout (tapis, vitres, meubles...) n'inspire pas confiance...cuisine encombrée avec vaisselle digne d'une brocante; moisissures...(flexible de douche)...et pas de prise de terre ! stop ! il y a trop à dire...seul atout: la proximité de la mer... Dommage car cette maison avec son jardin a un excellent potentiel (grands espaces).
