very nice clean i loved it i recomend it b.
staf and hotel is excellent, good if you want to be isolated, you are in a hill away from ipanema, if you want "action" stay in ipanema area (i have stayed there before) that is why is good for families, if you are single or no kids, i would have picked a different hotel close to shops restaurants, etc
This was my third visit to the Palace. I love the rooms the the pool. The restaurants are very nice but extremely expensive. The bar service at the pool is extremely slow. There isn’t any consistentcy with the drinks either. I was pretty disappointed with the service is general expect for the breakfast service which was excellent. I think the charm has worn off for us and next trip we will try another hotel.
Traveled for a family reunion. The hotel was close to the tourist spots and breakfast was included with many options.
