The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

Cleaning: There were multiple drain flies in our sink every morning. The shower- and sink drain were not cleaned considering the fact that we stood deep in our own shower water after only showering for about 5 minutes. We never got new towels after the cleaning lady had been there. We had to walk down to reception and ask for them to give us new towels AND throw away the old ones. Cleaning in general was very minimal effort. The only thing they managed to do every time was make up our bed and trow away the trash, while washing the toilet and floor happened maybe twice during our 2,5 week stay. Hotel service: The room key card stopped working about once a day so after getting home from a long day out in Rio we had to walk down to reception again to get new cards, which was very annoying when we just wanted to go to bed. Elevator: There are 19 floors and only 2 elevators which caused a lot of waiting, especially when one of them never got up to 19th floor (which is where the pool, sauna and gym is). We saw there were stairs, but these seemed to only be available to use in emergency situations. The hotel employees were nice and polite, but spoke little to none english so we had to use translate a lot. Aircondition: Not very effective and made a lot of noise. Had trouble sleeping the first nights because of it , but it was too hot to turn it off. Overall: not a good hotel if you’re staying for more than 2 nights. Wouldn’t really recommend it at all.

Café da manhã e localização boas. Porém apenas 1 elevador funcionando para 19 andares e muitos clientes fica inviável. Tempo de espera para tentar pegar elevador em média de 10 minutos. Com criança pequena e mala fica inviável. Nas informações dizia que o restaurante ficava funcionando até as 21 hs. Propaganda enganosa pq eram 20:30 e ninguém mais atende. Quando se compra algo fora, não são nem capazes de emprestar os talhares. Visual e acomodações boas. Porém atendimento péssimo de alguns funcionários.

Estive no hotel há alguns anos e era bom, limpo etc. Desta vez foi uma enorme decepção. Apartamentos muito sujos, limpeza totalmente superficial e inadequada, conservação péssima, aspecto bastante ruim. Tive problemas no primeiro apartamento, com ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto e, quando olhei o filtro do aparelho estava completamente coberto de poeira, indicando que não é limpo há muito tempo. Trocaram meu quarto. No outro, ligeiramente melhor, mas com a péssima limpeza. Me deixaram sem toalhas um dos dias e, quando retornei, o recepcionista disse que não tinha acesso às toalhas e só consegui a reposição no dia seguinte, quando desci para o café da manhã. Dos três elevadores um estava parado e, com o hotel lotado, já havia uma enorme demora para subir ou descer. Dia 22/05 o elevador de serviço parou também e o caos foi ainda maior. Percebe-se que não há manutenção e conservação adequadas. A governança não deve ter experiência pois, se fosse profissional, os quartos e demais áreas não seriam tão sujas. Foi uma grande decepção e os responsáveis pelo hotel deveriam tomar providências urgentes. A falta de limpeza adequada, além de fazer com que seja um ambiente desagradável, traz riscos à saúde de quem se hospedar. Até mesmo as colchas que ficam nas camas são extremamente desgastadas e com várias pequenas manchas. Está muito ruim.

O ar condicionado fazia um barulho enorme. O elevador estava em manutenção, então demorava bastante para conseguir descer ou subir (apenas 1 em funcionamento para toda a demanda). Os funcionários de noite (recepção) estavam de mau humor. Café da manhã bom. O garçom da noite era bem simpático, mas estava trabalhando sozinho, então a demanda era alta pra ele e não consegui pedir algo para comer lá em nenhum dia. A localização era boa. Para o preço que paguei, atendeu, foi bom. Mas se a diferença de outro da rede Windsor não for tanta, vale a pena ir de Windsor. Tem um ao lado desse. Eu voltaria, somente pelo preço.

Então, quando cheguei a privada estava molhada, os recepcionistas homens nao eram nada prestativos, a moça era, o secador de cabelo do banheiro está fazendo um barulho estranho, chega a ser perigoso, a televisão nao pega todos os canais que estao escritos no papel ao lado do controle, alem de apresentar imagem sem qualidade, e não é smart, o wifi mal pegou durante a estadia. No café da manhã só houve uma falta de organização da equipe ou nao sei o que houve, mas faltava mais as comidas do que tinha, acabava rapido pela quantidade de pessoas maa a reposição demorava muito, tanto que ate desisti de esperar a reposição de bolos (que inclusive nao tinha) e tambem a reposição de pãozinho de queijo que nao chegueii nem a ver, o pão francês eu previsei esperar pra conseguir comer.
