O hotel não dispõe de serviço de guarda-volumes, o que pode ser um inconveniente para hóspedes que necessitam deixar suas bagagens antes do horário de check-in. No meu caso, pretendia deixar a bagagem no local, participar de um evento e retornar posteriormente para realizar o check-in. No entanto, como essa opção não estava disponível, foi necessário aguardar até que um quarto fosse desocupado para então acessá-lo e deixar meus pertences. Outro ponto relevante refere-se às comodidades do quarto. Apesar de o anúncio informar a presença de micro-ondas, o equipamento não estava disponível no quarto em que fiquei. Além disso, o quarto não possuía cama de casal, conforme também indicado na descrição. Não posso afirmar se isso ocorreu devido à necessidade de disponibilizar rapidamente um quarto em função da situação anterior, mas trata-se de uma divergência importante em relação ao anunciado. O fato de o café da manhã ser cobrado à parte também pode ser considerado um ponto negativo, embora essa informação estivesse claramente indicada no anúncio. Apesar de ter wi-fi disponível, o sinal era muito ruim, desconectando o tempo todo e ficando muito fraco em certas partes do quarto. Eu utilizei o wi-fi apenas para lazer e estava muito difícil de usar devido a força do sinal, se precisasse usar para trabalhar ficaria inviável. Fora essas questões, a estadia foi tranquila, sem outros problemas a destacar.
