The breakfast was worth the price. It was much more than the typical continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner only available in the roof top restaurant. Would suggest going to one of the local restaurants. The locals set up a street market during the evening hours to the right of the hotel. There are food and drink vendors along the beach but was recommended not to eat there. Some of the wait times at the attractions can be long and very crowded. Had a good private tour to Petropolis. Investigate 'TourByLocals' for private tours.

Staff was beyond excellent. I would highly recommend this Hotel. I cant say enough good things about this Hotel and there entire staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
Due to the Covid19 I paid the same ammount and couldnt use any ammenities, I think they would give a discount if no breakfest buffet was open, no pool and so on. I think the clients deserve a discount bout everything that couldnt use.
Although we did not use the Pool on the Roof, having it available is a unique feature, while also being able to dine out on the roof deck. - We were allowed to check in a couple hours early as our room was available. - We found the food to be quite good, regardless if it was delivered to our room or on the 30'th floor Restaurant.

Bien ubicado y prolijo. Lo que no nos gustó fue el servicio y la actitud anti-turista. Primero - Inventan una tasa que en realidad es la comisión de Orbitz. O sea, la comisión que Orbitz les cobra, se la terminan cobrando al cliente y lo peor fue que lo hicieron a nuestra llegada, sabiendo que al otro día cerrarían el gimnasio y piscina debido a la emergencia sanitaria que se esta viviendo. Entendemos que no era lógico cobrar ese extra (que es bastante caro) cuando no pudimos utilizar nada. Segundo - la habitación no estaba preparada al llegar. Tercero - Te cobran el agua caliente, cuando se sabe que mucho del turismo de Brasil proviene de Argentina y Uruguay y que nuestro desayuno siempre va acomañado del mate. Por un tema cultural no deberían cobrar algo que para nosotros es de primera necesidad..es 1 termo de agua caliente!! Y el remate fue que nos sentimos discriminados ya que habían huespedes de primera y de segunda. A nosotros nos negaron las sombrillas, diciendo que era por la emergencia sanitaria, y despues vimos a varias sombrillas del hotel en la playa, mientras que nosotros pagamos por otras. La verdad que decepcionante
