The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. Persons who are not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.
Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, depositing them in different garbage bags.
Use the entrance and service lift when carrying luggage or bathroom clothing.
When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting £100.00 per day from the guarantee deposit.
Our check-in is from 3 pm and our check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. The bed linen and towel change service can be arranged and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged item may be deducted from your security deposit.
