Location is top. However not a 5 star by long. Orbitz should downgrade it to 4 Stars, which reflects reality more closely

I didn’t like that they override the thermostat and turned the ac down at night.

The beach club aspect was very poor. The umbrella location is next to a generator and a cheap food stall, nowhere near the water. Nauseating is an understatement. The room although clean was very dated. Service was professional but the hotel needs an update badly. The pools are small, dated and provide no shade whatsoever. Overall a poor impression for Hilton.

Great location a few steps to the beach. The staff allowed us to do early check in and late check out! Beautiful view from 39th floor. Definitely enjoying staying at this Hilton for my 31st birthday day

The suite which is what we reserved included breakfast and managers reception each day. I️t also allowed access to the private are that gave us free water all day. Ordering food at times was quite slow, but we were on vacation. Also, exploring the city is VeRY easy with the concierge service.

After waiting in a very long line to checkin we were promised a room with a view then after waiting 2 hrs. were given a standard rm. had to go back downstairs (with our luggage) to front desk & complain (they did change our room) Also I am a Hilton honors gold club member and get complementary breakfast but was given a bill at breakfast. Again had to go down to front desk. I understand Hilton recently purchased this property so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I expect Hilton will improve this property and make it a true 5 star property.

I paid in advance for breakfast. One day I asked if I could have the breakfast in the room and they brought it. The bill included a full charge for this room service. I told them that if I have to pay full price for that breakfast, they should deduct it from the room. Else, it's like paying two times for the food. Staff didn't help..

This was my first time in Rio and I picked this brand based on past reviews. I am so glad I did . Hotel was in a great location close to convenient stores, 15 min walk to a shopping center w great shoes and clothes , and across the beach . Restaurant breakfast was the Best I've ever had even in fancy hotels . Servers were great and seemed to really care about your needs . I got an upgrade in my room based on me mentioning about my birthday . Patricia at the front desk arranged a cake delivered to my room and I received chocolates every day of my stay . Security is great . My husband and I felt very safe here . Hotel is very clean and our housekeeper maintained our room spotless . I can't thank them enough for my great stay . Forgot to mentioned I got a nice body massage in floor 39. Price is pretty much the same than in the United States but I felt so relax and calm afterwards . I highly recommend this hotel . Enjoy !

We were received well. Bellboys were helpful and prompt. A short walk across the street puts you on the beach and the hotel has chairs, which, since I came late, it was not clear whether it was complimentary or whether one had to pay but I was given a chair, maybe because it was 5 pm. The room was nice - overlooking Christ Redeemer and the beach. The roof pool was great - view, bar food and bar but water in pool was boiling hot. On the 4th floor there was a pool but lots of annoying kids and adults, splashing and yelling - it was vacation. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel has a bunch of drivers who will take you around the city for a per hour price.

We stayed at the hotel 3 times during our visit to Rio. While slightly expensive compared to the other nice hotels in the area, the service was great. Staff were really nice and helpful with our every request. We stayed in the same room each time - which was nice; they stored our luggage when we travelled out of town and gave us VIP check in.

Everything was good just I little upsad about the room I paid 300 usd a night for a jr suite and to me it was just a simple room

This hotel is a Brazilian chain of high level of services. Usually when we think in a good hotel, normally we remember the great international brands... But the Windsor chain it is a good surprise! Good services, amenities e a amazing staff.

Hotel always does right by me. Service is excellent and cafe da manha selection is super.

Stayed with single guy friends. Very popular hotel in Rio and with good reason. The staff is great. Strict guest policy, as in they will check who comes up to the room (specially late at night). The bartender upstairs is amazing. Highly reccomended.

Awesome Experience! I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
