Within a few minutes you can walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Zeeland, with fine white sand and plenty of sunshine. A paradise for children and for everyone who wants to truly relax. The holiday home is quietly located. Nearby you’ll find a horse riding school and cozy beach pavilions.

In the morning, get fresh bread rolls and Zeeland delicacies from the local bakery around the corner, and in the evening, enjoy sitting together by the fireplace.
Fancy a long walk on the beach, or would you like to watch the sun set over the sea with a drink in hand? Maybe a bike ride through the dunes—or would you prefer a visit to Bruges?

Two steps lead you to the living area (the house is therefore unfortunately NOT wheelchair accessible):
Living room with cozy seating area, high ceiling (gallery), open fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, safe, sliding door to the garden.

Sunny, sheltered terrace (south-facing) with garden furniture, garden, and a view of the greenery.

First floor:
Gallery, two bedrooms with bunk beds, wardrobe, table, and chair.
The bedrooms have blackout curtains and mosquito screens.

The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are NOT provided and CANNOT be rented, as there is unfortunately no laundry service available for private rentals in the area.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
You’ll need: fitted sheet 160x200 cm (downstairs), otherwise 90x200 cm.
All duvets are 100x200 cm.
A washing machine is available in the house.

There is also a highchair, baby cot, and stair gate available.
In addition, you’ll find some beach toys, board games, and (children’s) books in both German and Dutch, which you are welcome to use.
We kindly ask you to treat everything with care.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Fantastisch ausgestattetes Häuschen nah am Strand

Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark fußläufig vom Strand. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für Kleinkinder sind Hochstuhl und Sandspielzeug vorhanden. Die Bäder sind recht neu und schick. Die Reinigung hätte gewissenhafter sein können, es ist jedoch alles da, um selbst zu putzen. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief problemlos über FeWo Direkt.

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus in direkter Nähe zum Strand

Das Haus bietet alles was benötigt wird. Es liegt in einem Ferienpark unmittelbar am Strand. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und einen Fahrradverleih. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlich und schön

Eine rundrum gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Tolle Umgebung, absolut ruhige Lage, genau richtig, wenn man ein paar Tage entspannt einen Tapetenwechsel braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Ferienregion

Wir waren zu Fünft in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht strandnah in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Ausstattung wie beschrieben - in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu eimem 4 - tägigen Kurzurlaub in Nieuvliet. "Unser Haus" (Lepelblad 70) ist in einem absolut ruhigen Ferienpark. Die Häuser sind ca. 30 Jahre alt und, wie auch der gesamte Park, sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Wir konnten bereits am Morgen das Haus beziehen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Selbst Spülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Essig, Öl jede Menge Gewürze, alles da. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus, auch ohne deutsches Fernsehprogramm einfach Top. Im Park selbst gibt es eine Bäckerei die auch veganen Kuchen hat. 750 m entfernt ist ein tolles Restaurant das ebenfalls mehrere vegane Gerichte anbietet. Der Strand ist absolut sauber und auch für Hundehalter ein Paradies. Das Wetter war super. Aber das kann ich keinem Folgemieter versprechen. Wir fahren bestimmt wieder hin. Und das trotz dem Ring Antwerpen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus bietet genügend Platz für eine 6köpfige Familie. Der Küchenbereich ist klein, bietet aber fast alles, was man benötigt. Da wir auch zu Hause keine Spülmaschine haben, haben wir sie auch nicht wirklich im Ferienhaus vermisst. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön, der Weg zum Strand kurz. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig. Nachteil due alte Wohnungseinrichtung. Der Gartentisch sehr schmutzig.

Der Kühlschrank viel zu klein. Die Kücheneinrichtung alt. Geschirr, Töpfe und Bestecke gut vorhanden. Die Treppe vom Essbereich zum Wohnbereich eine Stolperfalle für uns ältere Menschen. Matratzen sehr gut. Neue Dusche und neue Toilette. Sehr eng und kaum Ablagen für Zahnbecher und in der Dusche kein Stromanschluss um Haare zu föhnen.

Ein tolles kleines Häuschen!

Wir wären zwei Wochen in Nieuwvliet und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl das Wetter nicht durchgängig sonnig und warm war, war uns nie langweilig und wir haben uns im Haus und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, incl. Tipps, was man alles unternehmen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage von Lepelblad 70 ist sehr gut. Leider lies die Sauberkeit des Objektes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus war schmutzig, verdreckt , verklebt , voller Spinnweben. Beim zuziehen der Vorhänge stand man in einer Staubwolke. Die Matratzenschoner so dreckig das wir diese abgezogen haben. Der Garten sowie die Terasse in einem sehr ungepflegtem Zustand. Des Weiteren zeigten sich die Verwalter nach Kontaktaufnahme nicht in der Lage einen Lösungsvorschlag zu unterbreiten und verwiesen uns auf die Eigentümer. Auch die haben nach Email Kontakt keine Reaktion gezeigt. Man kann nur sagen das Lepelplad 70 aufgrund des äußerst ungepflegten Zustand und des Preises nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Britta

Sehr gute Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Strandpavillon vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in längstens 5 km Nähe, ruhige Umgebung. Am Starnd aktuell Baustelle zur Sandgewinnung, wens stört geht ein bisschen weiter. Ich mache den nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder hier.

Ein Traum direkt am Meer

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem urgemütlichen, komfortablen, sauberen und perfekt eingerichteten Häuschen. Es fehlt nichts, alles wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit, angenehm und antworten super schnell. Die Nachbarschaft ist obendrein auch noch sehr nett. Vom Garten geht es für die Kinder direkt und unkompliziert zur großen Wiese, in ein paar Minuten ist man am Traumstrand. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus bestens weiterempfehlen und sagen rundum zufrieden DANKE!

4 Erwachsene haben ausreichend Platz

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen auch ausreichend Platz. Würde jetzt allerdings auch nicht mit 6 Erwachsenen dort Zeit verbringen wollen. Der Garten ist hinten offen und es gibt einen schönen Barbecue Grill.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Top Lage!

Super eingerichtetes Haus, gute Zimmeraufteilung! Alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, und noch mehr🤩 Z.Bsp.: Luftmatratze, Sonneniglu, Drachen, Sandspielzeug... Terrasse mit Wiese, super zum Frühstück bei Morgensonne🌞 und beim Abendrot mit einem Glas Wein🥂 Tolle Lage: Zum Strand, Fußweg 5Min., zum Bäcker 3Min. Urlaub mit Hund 🐕 am Meer 👍

Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen ist genau so wie im Netz beschrieben. Der einzige Punkt der noch gut zu erwähnen wäre ist, dass der Garten nicht für sich abgeschlossen ist, sondern nach hinten offen, was für unseren Hund Gott sei Dank kein Problem darstellte. Alles in allem: Gerne immer wieder! 🌻🙋‍♀️
