Beautiful apartment in Port de Nice. Location is perfect for access to some of the best restaurants in Nice as well as shopping and, of course, the water front. Additionally, the artistic ambiance of the apartment reflects the spirt of Nice and is a great place to return to after a day of fun in the sun!Stephen is responsive to concerns and makes a strong effort to remedy any difficulties.
Fantastic property! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to Old Town (open air market), Promenade des Etats Unis, and multiple restaurants.The property is very clean and professionally decorated. The kitchen is stocked with anything one might need should you decide not to enjoy one of the many local restaurants. Additionally a great bar area for entertaining. A true gem!! Communication with property owner exceptional - both prior to arrival and during the stay. He was a great source of information/recommendations.We were in Nice for our son to compete in the Ironman World Championships. The property was perfect! An easy 15 minute walk to the race venue. The Alpes-Maritimes were a short drive away with many charming villages perched on the mountainside. A car is not necessary as the property is very close to the Ligne D'Azur railway (goes to the airport).We highly recommend this property!! We will definitely rebook on return trips.
