Located in the Musicians area, you will be in the perfect neighborhood to enjoy the benefits of the city center while being away from noise. There are many shops and shops nearby. A few minutes walk you will reach the Promenade des Anglais with the sea and the beaches, Jean Médecin with its shops, the pedestrian street and its restaurants, Place Masséna or the Old Town of Nice.



At the foot of the building you will find a bus stop, making it easy for you to move around the city. You can also reach the tram on Jean Médecin. Moreover, the railway station is only a few minutes walk and the best way to visit the surrounding cities.

Very good apartment - recommended

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with nice decoration, quiet as it faces the courtyard (both bedroom and living room). It was also very convenient to have a private place in the underground garage and an elevator. Location is good - not far from beach, shops, restaurants and old city. Recommended.
