Lovely Promenade Flat

We really enjoyed our week in Nice at this beautiful flat. We loved the retro style; the flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. Good AC, Washer-Dryer, and functional kitchen. Great location, grocery around the corner, easy walk to old town and many restaurants.

Excellent location and view

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a large living area and bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a glass of wine and cheese before heading out for the evening. The view from the balcony was amazing, you could see the entire promenade from there. The living area was large and comfortable for preparing for our day or relaxing at the days end. The bathrooms were very large and comfortable. My daughter said it was the most comfortable bathtub she had ever been in. Despite being on a busy road, once everything was closed up it was very quiet. Public transportation was very convenient with the bus stops right in front. Great stay!

Appartement au charme désuet, mais avec tous les services d’aujourd’hui. Mobilier classique et fonctionnel, deux grandes chambres, deux salles de bain, une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. À deux pas de tous les services et surtout du marché où nous allions à tous les jours. Un arrêt de bus devant la porte. Que demander de plus. Un pur bonheur! Et sans oublier la disponibilité chaleureuse de Monsieur Claude, responsable de la maison Nestor & Jeeves.

Excellent Seaside 2 Bedroom

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with direct sea views is ideal in many ways. We’ve rented on the promenade des Anglais in this area for years and find this one of f the better rentals. Fully equipped in every manner except we had to purchase 6 water glasses and 6 wine glasses in addition to other conveniences we like. Service from N-J was superb. Excellent follow up by agency and will definitely use Nestor-Jeeves again on our return! Many thanks! Stated above.

Best View of the Promenade in Nice

The apartment location is wonderful . Easy access to the promenade and the old town of Nice. The apartment itself is large and spacious, more room than we needed. The bedrooms were large and separated by a long hallway and both had access to nice bathrooms. The beds were comfortable . The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals and the appliances were all excellent. The living room was large enough however the sofas were not comfortable at all. Very old worn out furniture in the living room and crowed with extra unnecessary furniture. The balcony was large but it would have been nice to have lounge chairs beside the small table and 4 plastic chairs for eating. The view is lovely however the noise from the traffic is loud so needed to keep the doors closed if sitting in the living room. The building was nice and clean and easy to access the apartment with a small grocery store around the corner which was convenient.

Lovely view on the Promenade

Large, airy and well situated apartment. Furniture was a bit outdated but as pictured in the photos. Easy communications with Nestor and Jeeves.

Fantastick location

The location was very good. 12 yaer long we stay every year one week in December in Nice. This place is 4 minutes away from our former appartement. The balcony is very wide, Kitchen well equepped. Entrence and keys from bilding very good. The transver from and to the airport by N & J was very good!!
