Located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Vence, Mas Claude sits 300m above the dazzling Côte d’Azur.

Set between the heat of the coastal metropolis and the comparative coolness of the Alpes Maritimes the villa is only 35 minutes by car from Nice Airport.

Pine and Oak drop away to the south through the Malvan Valley, revealing distant views of the sea. From our southerly aspect, perched above the treetops, the verdant hills reveal little of the developed coastline.

The villa is intentionally retro with a lived-in, harmonious atmosphere for relaxed living and restorative contemplation. It is a creative place framed within the lushness of the tropical gardens, the newly planted olive groves and pine forest beyond.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH A SUPER CLEAN AND FULL EQUIPED HOUSE AS IN THE PICTURES. INCREDIBLE SERVICE WHO CAME DAILY TO CLEAN GARDEN AND POOL AND RICK WHO WAS ALWAYS ON DUTY IN CASE ANYTHING WAS NOT WORKING AND FIX IT INMEDIATELY. I COULD NOT RECOMEND IT MORE. MY FAMILY AND MYSELF HAVE REALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE. CONGRATULATIONS RICK. X

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Im August waren wir mit Freunden hier zu Gast. Sowohl das Haus als auch der riesige Garten mit Pool waren in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Ausstattung des gesamten Objekts ist auffallend hochwertig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Gerne wurden zusätzliche Reinigungen und auch der Austausch von frischen Blumen im Haus durchgeführt. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Alles.
