Getting keys and returning keys to real estate office which had no parking complicated our departure. Parking garage was secure, seemed safe. WIFI worked well. However, One roll of toilet paper for 9 days, Broken broom. (I repaired it to be usable) Broken toaster, requested replacement. Told it was good enough. No response to my question as to why they would not replace this clearly damaged toaster. Terrible customer service.

Ok with some caveats

Great location for my needs; near grocery store, pharmacy, tram. Walked to my classes. Very clean upon arrival. We liked the terrace. Disappointing: no dishwashing liquid, little soap & shampoo (for a 16 day stay as mine). Only 1 replacement trash bag; 1 small dish towel, no kitchen food items at all except salt. My usual experience with VRBO is that owners and/or previous guests leave some non-perishables for the next guests which I gladly replace; not so in this unit. No instructions provided for washer, no kitchen sink stopper. A bathroom light was burned out and never replaced upon request. If it weren’t for the fact that this unit was walkable distance to all the above with a free garage (I took out of town day/weekend trips for hikes), I would have stayed elsewhere.

Apartamento luminoso, confortable, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El parking se encuentra en el mismo edificio. El check in durante el fin de semana se realizó conforme instrucciones recibidas al móvil.
