We've stayed 8 nights. The room and entire hotel is in need of deep cleaning. This is beyond of what a housekeeper can do. You can see dirt or stains on the walls, around air conditioner frame, on the radiator, in the elevator. The bathroom had a sewage smell that they try to disguise by turning the air conditioner on to freezing cold and leaving the door open to the room. Once you shut the bathroom door the smell was quite strong. It is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was great. the staff was helpful. Location is OK, although I would not say Thiers Avenue seems very safe in the evening. It is close to Nice-Ville train station and Alsace-Lorraine tram stop. Nice and surroundings are beautiful.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately disappointed by the room. It was extremely small, had an unpleasant view, and the sink was so tiny that washing your face meant splashing water all over the floor. I honestly hated the room and was ready to contact Expedia and leave on my first day. What made me stay was the front desk team. The reception staff were outstanding—professional, polite, and truly committed to great customer service. Their attitude completely changed my experience, and for that alone, I decided to stay. Overall, I wont book this room ever again.but the staff were the saving grace of this hotel.

We stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix; there weren’t many hotel options left within our budget and it was sad a bit sad to overpay for this hotel due to the event (I understand price gouging so it is what it is). The hotel was less than 5 minute walk to train station which was very convenient. It was also an easy walk to the main square/shops (about 12-15 mins, 20 mins to the beach promenade). The staff was helpful; they answered all our questions and greeted us with a welcome soft drink. They stored our luggage for us as the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. They provide coffee and filtered water station in lobby which was also helpful. The rooms are small and you can hear everything through the walls. There were very rude guests during our stay that were inconsiderate and making so much noise at 2 in the morning in the hallway. The shower was very small as well; if you are bigger person (tall or muscular) it is difficult to shower. Overall, it was decent.. just a place to sleep in a convenient location for a sporting event.

Our stay was tainted by our welcome , where there was a mix up with our booking including breakfast and how it was dealt with on our arrival. This took two lengthy calls to Expedia and speaking to the manager by chance there on our second day when I went to question details on the website and our booking. Breakfast was okay- continental with some bacon and scrambled eggs. Note- croissants , bacon and scrambled egg’s not always cooked properly. Decor throughout was nice, having hot drinks and cold water available was a really nice touch. Good location for the train station and close to lots of restaurants. Room cleaning was adequate for a few nights stay, but fresh mugs/ glasses weren’t provided. If clean mugs/ glasses weren’t freely available downstairs this wouldn’t have been satisfactory.

Good for a 3 night trip

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly. The only thing I would say is that the bed and pillows were not comfortable. We booked a queen bed room and you could tell that it was 2 single beds pushed together. You could hear every step from people above you as the floors were not that sound proofed. Apart from that, it was a lovely hotel!
