The gentleman at desk said he has just purchased The place, but didn't appear to eager to assist us. There was not TP in room, the table lamp didn't work went and got a new light bulb that didn't work. Took lamp to front office it was dirty and didn't work, told a new one would come before dark this didn't occur. Folks were coming and going at all hours, no sleep was got. So we started to leave in middle of night 2:30. There were many folks outside coming and going. We cleaned the car off of snow, the whole time not feeling secure, and dog was making noise at the folks....even when placed in car. Not sure was occurs at hotel but never seen so many coming and going....

Have you heard about hidden camera in the motel rooms? Yes it is true We have a small device that detects spy cameras and we found a camera in our room. Be aware. I’m having a lawsuit against the owner , this Indian family that own this place. They record and sell activities in the room to porn sites. Do not go here. Unless you don’t mind to have been seen by millions online. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Stay away people.

This place should cost no more than $40-$50 per night. Rooms are terrible and dingy. Dorm room would be more welcoming. Towels are size small and so over used and old, they don't even absorb moisture anymore. Not so close to the Falls, you need to take a bus. There is good diner near by. Do not book room in here. Pay a little more and get somewhere better. Anywhere. That's it.

We booked two nights on-line because of price, and had second thoughts but found out there's no free cancellation option and would have to pay for the first night anyway so we came. Apparently, there are no king rooms on ground level so our request was not available and we had to navigate the stairs but at least there is a covered stairwell so it wasn't snowy. The bed was surprisingly not uncomfortable and there was one chair, a tiny fridge and microwave, wifi and heat, but not much else. No working light that comes on when you hit the switch by the door, no stand to hold up your suitcase, no facial tissue, no alarm clock, no maid service or fresh linen after the first night and not much to start with (one hand towel and two very small bath towels provided and no facecloth). This is not as bad as another place up the street but is true economy.

This motel is ok. Rooms were clean but were a little run down. We booked a bit last minute and weren't expecting much. But for the price it was a pretty good deal. We'd booked a non smoking room though and didn't get one - and you could instantly smell the stale smoke in there! Not nice! We'd made the reservation via Hotels.com and selected to pay on arrival. We'd put a pre-paid card onto the account that can only be authorised by a pin number (which we thought wouldn't be an issue) On arrival the guy said they'd cancelled our reservation before we even arrived and said the card was declined! I said to him that payment wasn't meant to be taken until we actually checked in. He dismissed it straight away and said it was ok and that we were lucky because they still had rooms available!!! I was shocked at his response when he said we were the lucky ones!!! Just a warning to customers of this hotel, it seems they prefer upfront payments! If you choose to pay on arrival you reservation will most likely no longer exist. Good luck!

We stayed at this hotel recently on 7th of Sept and were expecting like any other motel but surprisingly this was very nice place for the given price. The exterior is like any other motel but inside the room there were fridge, microwave and nice cozy bed, they also provide free wifi and parking. This hotel is approx. 2 miles from falls but we saw WEGO bus stop near by even though we didn't use it. Also market area is very close so you have many eating and shopping options. Overall I would say it was very nice hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone on tight budget or don't want to spend lots of bucks on falls view hotels.

My wife and I stayed in this place one night, on August 2016. All things considered, we liked it. There are supermarkets and businnesses neaby. The falls are not located at walking distance though. The place is clean and comfrtable. The price was excellent.

We booked here for two nights. Since it rained the first two days we decided to stay one more night to see more attractions. The two people, a male and female who I assume own the place were very, very nice. Pros: The room looked decent enough taking into account the room was $28 US dollars a night. The room was big enough to got both our bikes as well as our luggage with room to walk around. It had a microwave, flat screen tv with remote and fridge. They only had two medium sized towels and a had towel in the room. When we asked for two more towels they obliged and were friendly. Cons: It says on their direct website as well as on other commercial booking websites that they offer free breakfast. We were told when we got there no free breakfast is given and to go next door. The bathroom did not have a shelf to place toiletries. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Instead it was a flat sheet that you aren't able to tuck between the bed and box spring. Because of this, there were times where we woke up on top of the plastic covering the mattress (yuck). There is a climate control in the room. The last night of our stay they had turned it off and instead put the heater (it was separate from climate controlled unit) which made the room too warm to our taste while we slept. There was a dip in the right side of the bed, which made it feel like you were falling into a hole in the bed so we crowded to the left of the bed. I barely slept while here. But hey, you get what you pay for. There were cigarette holes on the sheets and comforter. There was a loosely hanging power strip that the tv, the microwave, the fridge were plugged into. Since the outlet in the bathroom did not work, I had to plug in my hair dryer into the power strip. The light switch when you first entered the room wasn't functioning, so had to go to the back of the room to turn the light on. I like to turn the lights on prior to walking into a motel room so I know what I'm walking into and that no one is in there ready to attack. The second day we were told we were late for checkout, although we paid initially for two days. On the third day we left our room in the morning for a tour and returned approximately 4:30pm no room service was done - No problem our main concern was the garbage and clean towels. There was also no toilet paper. When we inquired though the male who may be the owner did address our concerns immediately in a friendly manner. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I made a online reservations thru Hotels.com, I used the option provided on their site to book the room NOW, using my credit card and PAYING cash when I checked in with the hotel.I chose this option and made the reservation. We made this reservation three weeks in advance, received a confirmation email stating the room was booked and had a confirmation number. The day of the reservation we arrived at the hotel at 3pm, the exact time for check in. They can't find our reservation.....I show her my email. She then looks online and turns the computer so I cannot see it, and says to me that there must have been an issue with my credit card and that Hotels.com had cancelled my reservation and I should have an email from them saying so. I asked how this was possible and she said well it doesn't matter we have no rooms so.... This upset me. Its Friday night and we drove 3 hours and now we have no room for the night?????? We ended up finding a really nice clean motel called THE KINGS INN down the street but had to pay over 140.00 for a jaccuzzi room as it was their only room left, when I booked this original motel that "lost" our reservation the room was only 49$. So I was stuck paying close to a hundred dollars more than I expected for our room, or we would have no where to stay, but upon returning home Hotels.com told me they never cancelled our reservation, they were terribly sorry and they hotel lied to us, more than likely because someone showed up earlier with cash in hand. Hotels. com gave us a $50 voucher, and I am grateful for them trying to help right this wrong, but this Inn runs a shady business, they cost me money, and almost left us without a place to stay because they are greedy liars, who double book their rooms. She lied straight to my face and I hope everyone avoids a place that does shady things like that.

We stayed there for two nights. It was really good experience. we where there with my kids. rooms are very clean and nice with new carpets. outlet mall is only walking distance. This is a good location and i recommend to everybody. Its cheap and good. Thankssssssssssssssssssss
