This intimate townhome is designed for couples or small groups of up to 4 who want their own space without paying for a larger property. Both bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, so nobody shares. Located a 5-minute drive from the Falls, Casino Niagara, and Clifton Hill.
IMPORTANT: This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. There is no sofa bed or extra sleeping space beyond the two bedrooms.
LIVING AREA
An intimate cozy living area with a sofa, 50-inch Roku smart TV with free built-in channels (guests can also log into their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts), and natural light throughout.
BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with its own private ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have room-darkening shades for restful sleep.

Two private ensuite bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and the option of a shower or bath.

Nice convenient place
The property was very nice and located close to the falls and to the QEW which made it easy to get to other places we wanted to go (wineries, Niagara on the Lake, etc ). I did feel that the place was not well insulated from a noise standpoint. The guests above us could be heard at all hours. I don’t think they were that loud - just thin walls and floors.
