Second visit to Niagara Falls and we chose this hotel for second time! Great views of both US Falls & the Canadian Falls. Beautiful, peaceful gardens and public park across the street. Restaurants nearby along with sky wheel, putt putt golf. Love the comforts of Sheraton on the Falls and staff is wonderful!!

Great Location, if your taking your car be sure to look in to parking before, it's a little complicated.. Park in casino and find your way in to this hotel.. Other then that good service, good food, great location..

I gave it 3/5 stars do to the staff, they were very nice, helpful and efficient! We had requested a room on a high floor and they did give us the highest floor 22. The room smelled extremely musty and it looked as though they may have had water damage on the ceiling. The room was decent otherwise the pools or we're just OK. Location could not be better if you're looking to be around the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill. Wishing I could give a higher star rating with just the staff alone they were great!

This hotel is very close to the Falls you can walk there . Do not purchase tickets at the hotel for the hornblower it's a major rip off . Walk to the Falla and spend $25 to travel on the boat to the Falls . The room is clean . There is no microwave in the room but there are microwaves by the ice machine on every floor . I wasted a lot of food because I had no clue there was a microwave . What I hated the most.....the bed . It was not comfortable for me at all . I had an achy back every morning . I'm shocked they do not have better padding or better mattresses . However, we were close to everything . You will not go hungry; there are many restaurants and bars with good food . I'll only avoid this hotel next time because of the Falls comfortable bed .

we stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls every summer and have tried quite a few hotels there. This one however, was very disappointing. Lets face it when you go to Niagara Falls there is an assumption by the hotels that they can gouge you on the price of the room, because you are only there for the falls. I am ok with some of that, but the staff at this Hotel is up on a pedestal and doesn't understand that it is a service business. When I asked to talk to a manager, he/she didn't even come out. I had called the day before to change something and they wouldn't do it, and then when I got there they did it. This increased our family's stress level dramatically for no reason, and caused our trip to be somewhat hurried.

Location is perfect, close to everything, room condition is little old.

Worst hotel in the world! I would not recommend anyone getting this hotel. It is a waste of money and time. It's small, dark, damp, smelly, haunted, and just terrible. There is barely any Lightning in the hotel. The entire hotel is damp and smelly. Spooky rooms and corridors straight out of a scary movie. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are miniature. PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Oh and on top of this all there are hidden fees when you check out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE.

We took a mini vacation with our children, so we wanted it to be close to everything and have a view of the falls for the fireworks. Our room was perfect! We were on the Clifton hills side on the 10th floor. we were not the corner but the next one in and we could see the fireworks and the falls from our room so we didn't have to go out amongst the 1000's of people that would walk to see the falls. We also got the Adventure Pass classic for our 2 day which was great because the Wego pickup was just across the street. It gets you into everything you would want your children to see, and you can ride the incline railway as well. We were also just steps away from the Hornblower boat that takes you out to the falls and also the zipline. I would advise doing things first thing in the morning, there are no lines and you get in and out, if you wait you will wait the lines are very very long. we did all our activities before lunch and spent the rest of the day doing activities or swimming at the pool. This hotel connects to all the resort activities so if you have kids this is perfect. you can walk through the hotel to get to the Rainforest café which my children loved, also the arcade and everything on Clifton hills is right at your door. The Skylon tower is about a 15 min walk if you walk through the park or you can take the Wego bus where you need to go.

We traveled with our 7, 5-year-old and 11-month-old children. Overall the location was the best. It is within walking distsnce to all the attractions so we got moderate exercise and the was manageable for our older kids. Elevators are huge which is a plus since I traveled a lot with a stroller. I never had to wait for the next elevator even with how busy the hotel is. The in- house restaurant gives a discount for the breakfast buffet. It is still pricey but worth trying at least once. We also got tickets to the water park at a discount that were good for 1 and a half days. The room was clean and updated. Everything worked and we had a beautiful city view. We stayed in the hotel in 2009 as well and received the same impeccable service. It was good to see that quality was still up to good standards after all these years. I would stay there again. (Side note: the food court next to the casino with KFC and Subway is terrible. They cannot handle the lunchtime crowd)

We've been to Niagara Falls and stayed on the American side several times and it's our first time to visit the Falls and stayed on the Canada side. This is a nice hotel to stay in Niagara Falls, Canada. We reserved 2 joining rooms but apparently we didn't get it and the other room has a door lock problem which was fixed immediately. We got a nice view of the American Falls and it was worth paying the extra money. At night we stayed in our room resting and enjoy watching the Illumination of the fall. The hotel is so close that you can hear the roar of the mighty Niagara Falls. The hotel is at the heart of everything. Clifton Hill is right at the corner where shops and restaurants are. We ride the Skywheel, it was a nice experience but the view of the falls from our room is better. Self parking is affordable but I wish it was free, they also offer valet but we didn't use. There is a starbucks and ice cream shop on the ist floor of the hotel which made it convenient for us, husband loves coffee and kids love icecream. Hornblower cruise is right at the corner, walking distance from the hotel and is a must if you visit Niagara. We stop by to cool off from a hot day at this nice garden park infront across the street from the hotel, it has a nice pond with fish. We are not able to eat at the Skylon which we had planned coz we don't want to leave our room unlock. We don't gamble, but if you do, the casino is right next door. Over all we love to stay in this hotel if we every come

Had a room overlooking the American Falls. Probably many rooms have good views. Staff was excellent. Right next to Clifton Hill for better or worse. The buffet was very good. The only con us that the lobby is a bit chaotic and check in / check out can be a chore. The bellhops are wonderful though. Gladly go back in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at the Sheraton! Very clean and nice rooms with incredibly friendly staff. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again ourselves.

Certainly not elegant but every nice and most importantly it has a great view of the falls.

Nice hotel close to the falls. Friendly staff. Room nice. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

I booked a "deluxe falls view king w/jacuzzi." The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Front desk were very helpful when checking in and with questions I had. Valet parking was a no brained, totally worth the extra to be able to check in and forget the car for the weekend.

Excellent location to the falls plus shopping and restaurants.

Nice in room fireplace we arrived late and the hotel offered up late check out without us having to ask

We booked an American Fallsview room, but didn't realize until later that it would be on one of the lower floors. We ended up on the 3rd floor but still had a great view of the American Falls and the park across the street.

the only thing they could improve is offer free parking and free breakfast. that would make this hotel PERFECT. dropping the parking fee on you AT THE HOTEL (total of roughly 70 bucks!) was a bad move.

We stayed a Friday and Saturday nights and the hotel was very nice. Our room had a perfect view of the falls and fireworks at night. The rooms were very sound proof, so little to no noise from the hallway. I would recommend spending the extra money for the falls view rooms. If you do not get the room with the falls view, make sure you dine in the restaurant on the FR level(13th floor). You get the same view as the hotel rooms and they have a small walk out patio area. The only thing bad was the elevator wait was about 5 minutes, since only 4 of the elevators went to the upper level floors
