My room was left dirty and not cleaned.

Stay at the Sheraton Fallsview for three nights and on the second day they forgot to make our room. We left the hotel around 11am but did not get back till 8:30 pm. Called the front desk and told them that the room was not made. Front desk apologized and said that they will send up housekeeping. So we left the room again to go walk around thinking house keeping would come make the room and give us fresh towels. Returned after an hour and room was still not made and I called the front desk again...this time they told me that housekeeping service is over by 6pm and all they can give me are fresh towels. This is really unacceptable they had all day to clean and make the room. No apologizes from the front desk staff who all seem to not really care.

Beautiful hotel - 2 small issues

Beautiful hotel. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Niagara. You really feel on vacation here. The only issue we had is they didn't bring two cribs even though the confirmed they would at the front desk. We have twins so one just wasn't enough. We were told there was only one staff member that could bring it to us and they never did. We had to sleep holding the one twin. Another thing: parking is annoying when you have twins. They don't have on site parking unless you book valet ($65) and if you book valet, you have to wait 20 mins for your car which is fine normally but made things tricky with our kids. These small issues are not enough to stop us from going back.

Would have given 5 stars, but the beds were fairly poor. Not subjective poor, they were worn out and need to be replaced. It was the least comfortable sleep we had of any hotel on our trip. Otherwise our stay, the hotel, and view of the fireworks and falls was amazing.
