Located within 3 km (2 mi) from the Niagara Falls, this lovely two-level 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a private house with a separate entrance is close to restaurants, wineries, theaters and parks. This 600 sq ft (60 sq m) property with fully equipped kitchen and a private patio can house up to 6 guests and is kid-friendly. Guest parking and laundry facilities are available.

The property features a spacious living room with exposed brick as well as 3 bedrooms with а double bed in each room, 2 full bathrooms and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes and utensils.
