My stay was smooth. Nice breakfast options and the hotel is very close to the niagara state park and the rainbow bridge which was convenient for me. My only advise is to spray some air fresheners in the room to remove unpleasant smell when a guest checks into the room for the first time. I will definitely book again next time I plan to visit the area.

The rooms really need some TLC. Our room had a chunk of carpet missing between the bathroom and living area, the shower head leaked so the water pressure was subpar, and the tv offered no way to access Netflix so I could watch Thursday night football. Location, staff, and breakfast were all excellent.

The hotel suited us for a short trip to see the falls. The room was great and warmed up very quickly as we were there in winter, breakfast was good, the staff were very good and allowed us into our room for a very early checkin(Thankyou) No complaints from us at all
